Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Innsbruck. It's a little out of the centre but is served very well by public transport. You can get 24 hour bus tickets from the tourist information centre across the road from the hotel which are amazing value for money.

Good place
But finding your rooms is tough especially if you get 400 or 500 series rooms.. Very much inside..
Internet is free in lobby, but charged @ € 1 for 8 hours.. That's a letoff if u have not seen the board @ the reception & taken the €1 card..
Breakfast was good & enjoyed the location..

Great hotel. Clean, great views, comfortable beds, nice big tub. No air conditioning, but even in mid June, it cooled off enough at night to not need it.

Depends upon what you want. Somewhere within walking distance of Innsbruck's tourist attractions? Not this place. Clean accommodation, a good restaurant, and somewhere to relax? Yep - this is it. We had no intention of doing any touristy things the night we stayed there. Therefore this hotel more than met our expectations. Yes, it's a bit of a rabbit warren of corridors and it certainly attracts crowds in the restaurant (that's a good sign!). Overall I enjoyed my stay. The highlight for me was the pool area. It's an inside pool, heated, a little compact and a bit of a challenge to find (especially considering it is right on the other side of a window from the restaurant but a good 5 minutes walk via various stairs and corridors). I would happily return.

Very comfy stay, the rooms were a bit small but it felt like home. Little concerned that there was no air conditioner,however we survive the night. Open the windows but a bit noisy at times. Food was fair; one thing I must say the cemetery across the street is breath taking.

Nice team, that's the only good point.
Food is poison, we are 3 couple who were sick.
All inclusive ? Just for the same card with 5 different poisons at noone.
And the evening, it's awful too.
The hotel is not stuffed to have a lot of customers, we were cramped.
It's shame !
It was in summer, I don't know in winter.
