I really liked this place. I was on the executive floor (4th) with good view out the back. The room was exactly what I wanted, with every amenity, a really good workspace (I hate not being able to charge devices *where* I want them. IE phone by bed, laptop on desk). Good breakfast (plates oddly small though) and friendly staff on reception. Handy location, not in the centre of town but only a 5-10 min walk. This time I was being hosted by Innsbruck Tourism, but I plan to return w/ GF.

A good hotel and an option to consider returning to. The room was nice and clean. Enjoyable restaurant with nice food and service. Meanwhile if the staff at the reception desk was more pleasant the experience would have been better.

Modern and elegant vibe. Broad choices for continental breakfast, and an excellent espresso. We checked in around 3pm, but were told the room was not ready - a rather late time in the day for such an incident Initially they didn't even offer to store our bags to alleviate the inconvenience, something we had to bring up ourselves in discussion. At the point that it was offered, we were not given any assistance with luggage or putting it in the bellman's closet, a trivial task, but it would have meant something to us. Ended up paying to upgrade to an executive suite so we could have a room to settle into.

Staff were polite, yet curt for the remainder of our stay, which was lovely aside from the first snafu. My overall impression with staff was that they were preoccupied and unsympathetic.

Well located hotel near the river in innsbruck. Old town is only a short walk away and the views from the hotel are great. We had a couple of problems in our first room (safe not working and a bit dusty) but got moved swiftly into a new one (it was a public holiday so understandable that there weren't as many staff as usual). The receptionist on duty was very apologetic, friendly and helpful Otherwise the rooms were good, air-conditioning satisfactory, spacious with comfortable beds. If I were to come to innsbruck again I would stay again.

Enjoyed the hotel and location. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were great. Not a room you would want to share with a work mate. Very little to no privacy in the bath.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The lobby area was very nice looking, and the staff were very helpful. The room was perfect and very clean. I would most likely choose this hotel if I ever come to this area again.

Clean and tidy room. Good service from staff and very convenient location to ski lifts (as well as bus services). The only downside is the room does not provide a kettle or tea/coffee. WiFi service is provided within the room.

Stayed here three nights, and will come back for sure. The room was big, cozy and spotless and the staff was very nice. The old town is just a 10-15 minutes walk, there's also a bus stop in front of the hotel. There'a a supermarket next to the hotel, so you can buy everyrhing you need (handy when you're on a budget trip).

This was a fantastic hotel choice for us passing through Austria on our road trip. The hotel was super clean and the staff was truly fantastic. They pointed us in the direction of great food in the old town. Plus, the night we ordered room service ended up being one of the best meals we'd had! I highly recommend this joint.
