Very poor customer service in a whole.
Very expressive hotel but not even a bottle of water in a room to welcome you with.
It's might be different for you but for me and my family, it's will never be one of a choice the next time we return to Vienna.
A tiny bottle of water cost almost 9 Euros ( not even at the airport will you pay such a price)
Parking is 24 euros.
No breakfast.
Poor wifi connection.
One tall room service man will walk around and question you like he's a security man. Instead of him offering to help us locate a room, he questioned us "why have you been moving around here". ( That was his first approach).
Well, Sir it's my first time here and I am trying to locate my room number.
Last option to choose--this hotel.
The location is great but it's not the only hotel at such location. We later found out after we've checked in and were driving around the area.
Need better service for you money, then not this option

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a very nice location next to the Danube. The rooms were a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room made up for it. We dined at the waterfront restaurant and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and service. Would highly recommend this hotel to those who intend to visit Vienna.

It's not downtown, but it is conveniently located near public transportation, a mall, and the Danube River. It is well equipped, with a waterfront bar and a nice lounge and gift shop. Very modern appliances in the rooms. We're very pleased.

I found this hotel to be great for my stay in Vienna. It’s on the river, which is beautiful. I also walked home from work & went running along the River. There are several restaurants & small grocery stores close. Vienna is a really safe city. I would note it’s important to have cash on you as it didn’t seem as credit card friendly as some of the other European cities. The gym was great too!

Fantastic hotel, stayed here for 4 nights had a river view room. Room was spotless with a fantastic view of the river, Breakfast was included as a Hilton gold member and was fantastic as was the food we got in the bar. There's a subway station within a 10 minute walk so ideal for heading into the city centre. Staff were really helpful and check in was speedy, Highly recommend

I really like this hotel and the view by the water, but just look at the steak that I have attached to this review! It justifies the 3-star rating. The meat tasted exactly what it looked like that day and it was almost as dark as the night is black. The fried calamari squid might look delicious on my pictures, but they were harder than a 3 carat diamond! Somebody has to stop the cooks in this kitchen. Not what I am used to from Hilton hotels. The waiters were very well trained though.

Of the three Hilton hotels in Vienna this is the second best for luxury. It probably ranks first for price/quality. Since the hotel is quite a distance from the city center you can get good prices for your stays here. As a business traveler I really don't mind being away from the city center. When you're taking your significant other out for a city trip I recommend spending a little more at the Vienna Plaza. The third Hilton, Hilton Vienna, is really outdated and is more suitable for budget travelers who don't want to spend too much and stay at a decent hotel in the city.

I had a fabulous experience at the hotel. It offers an excellent view of the Danube river and has huge rooms. The food is also exceptionally good.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would return. It's located right on the Danube. The patio at the bar sits right on the river, so you can watch the birds and boats go by. My room was clean and comfortable. There was no central heat, however the space heater in the room did the job. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food for every meal. You shouldn't feel bad about staying in to eat there during your visit. There's a grocery store a couple blocks to the West and the subway is right there as well. I felt comfortable walking out and about at night.

This is my "go-to" hotel whenever I'm in London. It's a quick 15-minute U-Bahn ride from the city center and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms facing the Danube River offer a view of the barges and boats that make their way up and down the river, as well as windows that open to allow you to breathe in that "beautiful Danube" air. The breakfast buffet (included for Diamond members) is second-to-none, and the Executive Lounge (also included for Diamond members) offers breakfast, mid-day snacks, and evening drinks and snacks with a fine selection of Austrian white wines in a relaxed yet contemporary setting. The rooms themselves are quite large, particularly by European standards, and the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced with a good selection. Finally, there is a steam/sauna/whirlpool section, as well as a gym, not to mention a seasonal outdoor pool overlooking the Danube River. I have NEVER had a bad stay here.

We stayed here for 5 days, and it was wonderful. The breakfast was lovely and had everything you need. The location was excellent being right next to a metro station meaning you didn't have to go far to get to the center. The staff were also just as nice and would ask if you wanted any drinks such as coffee and orange juice at breakfast. The rooms were large and were cleaned dally. They also have tea, coffee and water provided. We also went to the lounge on the top floor (this is not free) where they have snacks all day and food and drink at certain time. The dinner there was just the right amount for your tea. The staff in there was also fantastic and if you asked for something they would try there best to get for you.

Easily the best Hilton hotel in Vienna. It's located at the Danube, therefore, great view included 👌 I would definitely recommend the Sunday brunch.

Very peaceful overlooking the River Danube. Choose a room on this side as the other side overlooks a railway line and a busy road. Very pleasant restaurant by the river used for breakfast and other meals. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely modern and spacious hotel. The queen sized rooms overlooking the Danube were spacious, and the Waterfront Restaurant serves high quality food. However it is not suitable for those with allergies as nothing is labelled

This review is after one night of a seven night stay in the hotel. Our check-in was just excellent. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff were outstanding. Our room is very large by European hotel standards that we have experienced with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table making a nice sitting area as well as a desk and chair for working with power and plug in. Bathroom is large and modern. If you want a view from your room choose the Danube side. The city view is hypothetical as there are large apartment blocks between the hotel and the city. Although the hotel is some way from the city centre there is a subway station about 5 minutes away and travel downtown takes15 - 20 minutes.
The bar staff are friendly and local beer tasty.
I am very pleased with the hotel so far.
