Just an average hotel, which is slightly expensive for the experience. The rooms were clean, but looked old and uncared for. Breakfast was also average, with a wide selection, but some food looked like it was there for a second day.

Great hotel. We booked at the Hotel NH Wien in a pinch after our Air B&B rental fell threw. It was the middle of the night when we showed up and the gentleman at the front was quick to help with our reservation. They also gave us a room upgrade (thank you!) which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The hotel is also located on a central street with access to shopping and public transit. There is also a great, affordable and delicious bakery at the front steps. Perfect for starting the day off right.

Very good hotel. Location is amazing, very convenient, right next to bus stop and Uban. Big rooms and very comfortable bed. Internet was a bit of a disappointment, about 1.5 mbit in the lobby, but in the room very poor signal strength. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but very tasty. Coffee was very good and not only by hotels' standards. Staff was very helpful and always available. I really enjoyed staying here.

Very good location. Metro station is just a couple of minutes away and so are many bus stops. One cab walk to city center (little more than 10 minutes) from here. It is located on the back side of this busy street and so is very quiet. The room itself was huge and well equipped. Staff was helpful and one can store luggage there before check in and after check out. Wifi signals were weak in my room.

Great hotel! The location is awesome, just beside the metro that gets you to the city centre in just a few stops. The room was pretty big and spacious. Super clean. The only thing to criticize is the prices of breakfast, room service and mini bar. It was 3 times more expensive than going to the cafe just outside of the hotel. 25 euros for just breakfast seems pretty expensive just saying. Otherwise it was great!

Large room and very clean. At night you have to come in through the back entrance which is a bit dark. It's in a very central location. Would recommend. Our toilet ran and and wouldn't fill, other than that is fine

The rooms are amazing. I stayed in a double room and its almost a suite.. with a little sitting area dividing the bedroom area from the entrance of the room. However, the breakfast service is a little sloppy. They don't bother refilling items that are consumed & the attenders are almost unaware about it. I had to remind one of them that the eggs & sausages are done and if they could bring in more. Otherwise, it has an amazing location and connectivity. Happy with the stay!
