The hotel is good located at the airport terminal and just a few steps from the train station.
Wide and inviting lobby area.
Rooms are clean and modern furnished. However, the HDF floors are very cold especially in winter time. The bath aminities are excellent.
Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant offers a wide selection of foods.
It was my second stay at this hotel and I would choose it again if I will have to stay at Vienna airport

Nice enough hotel. Thin walls and I question the diligence of the cleaning staff (pretty sure the is hair shavings on the shower wall. I don't shave. Nor do I shave daily. Nor would I shave in the shower. Also, the cleaning staff left my window open It's about 5 degrees outside. :(

Overpriced for what you get. Nothing fancy, old bathrooms, sub par service. I stay there only when having an early morning flight from VIE.

Basic business hotel suitable for short stay at airport. Reception and bar staff all polite, helpful and efficient. I would recommend if you need a place for one night.

The hotel was nice. It was a ~5 minute walk from the car rental drop off lot and another ~5 walk to our terminal in the morning. The room wasn't the nicest looking, but it was fully functional. I wish the shower had a curtain or some glass to keep water from getting into the bathroom floor.

Hotel is ok for over night stay, but nothing special. Rooms are big but very basic (with exception of big screen TV). One of the towels in my bathroom was dirty. I stayed here because of the missing flight connection. For that location is perfect as it is just outside of the airport terminal 3. Also dinner and breakfast are quite good and the service is very good.

Best airport hotel that I know. Located just 50m from the airport, it is the perfect place to stay if you leave Vienna with an early flight or if you arrive late. The restaurant offers a delicious dinner buffet.

Was only here one night, but everything went very smoothly and was extremely convenient to get to a 6 AM flight. The restaurant was also very good.

Great beds (like most airport hotels i would seem?) Reception could be better, however they did try there best to sort out a problem we had.

The hotel is a nice stay for a single night before an early morning flight. However the beds are rather small and needed to shove both beds together just to fit. Restaurant had good food for dinner, though the breakfast buffet was lacking.

Because of the location and amenity of this hotel all other "airport hotels" throughout the world should have their name stripped. Steps from car rental return and terminals. Problem with toilet upon check in immediately addressed by maintenance even though reception was slammed at the the time of my call. Some say reception was rude but I got the pretty one and was checked in as soon as I walked through the door most likely because I wasn't a stuffy wannabe business traveler or maybe because I am pretty too.

Love the bathroom. Only feedback is to make the shower heads able to angle down more so the water doesn't fly all over the place or force you to point the stream towards the inner shower tile.

The restaurant was wonderful. Service was great. Waiter offered genuine Austrian bottle of wine and not just most expensive one. I want to also give props to our Austri-Pinoy check waiter (service is in teams). He was not only obviously friendly but and inspiration. The food was delicious and we gorged on it for our last night.

Boy was that receptionist pretty.

What I liked is that is was quiet which is the most important thing when you have a very early and long flight. For once I had some hours of sleep before going overseas. Also, one can just easily walk to the terminal from the hotel. No taxi or shuttle needed. Booked already another room for a similar situation in May.
