We spent 4 nights here, visiting from the UK and would recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna as it is so central. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was spot on. Staff even noticed my partners birthday card on the side in our room and when we returned there was a box of chocolates with a note saying Happy Birthday from the manager and all the staff. Nice little touch!

The rooms are lovely and well furnished, but it is the service of the staff, especially those at the front desk, and the breakfast that stand out as being truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helping our family with everything from food recommendations to booking concert tickets and bus tours. And as much as we'd normally like to try out some other restaurants for breakfast we couldn't justify leaving behind the spread of delicious breads, cereals, cheeses, meats, and juice bar!
