Good spacious room, two chairs. Minibar in the room. Bottle of sparkling water included with the room. Air condition in the room.
The room got a little stuffy during the day but Windows were possible to open.
Corridors were a little tired and the walls in the room had marks along it.

We arrived last night. The room is nice but too hot even we turned off the heat. Front desk staff were not very friendly. I have to say the reception was not very friendly. As a matter of fact we were attending a conference and the organizers had paid for our accommodations but they charged us again. I heard from my colleagues that they also made the mistake with them also. As everyone said the breakfast is great but the staff at the front desk really should be trained better

Atmosphere is amazing. Sauna was excellant. The restaraunt has great food and drinks. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A really nice hotel with kind staff. Location is good but not the best. Rooms are clean, although the walls are a little dirty. Haven't eaten a breakfast yet, but happened to catch the lunch which is magnificent. The food was better than top-rated restaurants. Normal fee for the lunch si 25€, but they reduced it to 15€ as it was almost over. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel is well located. Not to far from the main tourist attraction. But the best part is there are a number or trams, buses you can catch from right across the hotel. Which makes getting to anywhere in the city a breeze. It is walking distance from Westbahnhof station so catching a metro is a easy as well.
Rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and spacious bathrooms. Best part is that the safe is wide enough to even fit a laptop when you leave.
All in all you wont be disappointed with the rooms, Higher floors are better.response / report this review -

Very nice and classy hotel. Clean comfy beds and nice spacious bathroom. Towels and shower soap provided. The only reason for losing 1 star is the shower door was broken and kept swinging into my face as I tried to shower. otherwise everything else was great!

All workers in the hotel were kind, allways on place, and allways helpfull. Food was super! Waiters and reception TOP! Room was allso clean and really comfortable.

Found a great deal through hotel 2 night app. Not the most central location but 5 minute walk to Westbahnhof. Nice clean rooms.

Nice hotel , rooms are clean and big , personnel behaves extremely professional. good food , and affordable restaurant , although not to be preferred over the trendy food shops in Vienna !

Very nice spacious bedroom. It was comfortable to move around and get work done. The bathtub was also big enough to fit any standard European adult size. A safe box that functioned with the entrance key card was included inside the closet, but the fact that it worked with the key card made me a bit skeptical. Non smoking room. If a kettle and a fridge were included, this experience would have made it up to a 100℅ :)
Breakfast was great, rich in vegetables and fruits, apart from different kind of breads and meat. Compared to other hotels, breakfast here was one of the best. People working at the reception were kind and friendly at all times. Great location in the city, I would totally recommend staying here.response / report this review -
