Pleasant, elegant hotel,
nice restaurant,lovely bar,
good facilities, well equipped gym,
friendly staff,good service.
Superb swimming pool and beautiful gardens.
Filled with beautiful African art and a rainbow of colours.
Well situated and a pleasure to be there.

Huge entrance and lobby which is quite chic. Staff is helpful and charming. Good breakfast with a wide variety of foods. As for the room, they are quite big with a wide bed, clean and nice bathroom. TV is alright and all the amenities are in the room. An overall great hotel with a nice pool to chill by.
Location is not too far from the airport, 25 minutes by bus. Would recommend.response / report this review -

Great place also to go, the italian restaurant on the first floor serves good food and there is bar next to it for late arrivers after 11pm, the bar is opened up till 2am.

I liked the hotel overall. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely, the gym is well furnished as well. The bed was comfortable and the room has everything you might expect. Just disappointed with the food proposal. It’s not to their standing (honestly barely edible) Price wise, expensive. Staff consistency is very variable, some will be glad to help you, some won’t bother Wifi works well and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport.

The structural quality, interior designing, room comfort levels, and quality of meals are the sole main things on the upside for this hotel.
It is disgraceful for them to claim to be a 5 star hotel with the appalling level of service and care for guests.
Insult is further added to injury with the absurdly expensive prices on absolutely everything and the fact that one is forced to pay upfront for things such as in room dinning and laundry, when such services can be settled when the guest is checking out of the hotel. This not mention the neglect of the staff towards urgent guest requests.
All in all, a passable experience for the level of hotel it is claimed to be.response / report this review -

Staff try hard but ultimately:
Slow and ineffective staff some staff can speak English others cannot and just hang up the phone.
Internet is TERRIBLE. Even moved to a room by an access point and there is no signal at the desk. The cable connection they refuse to activate tried different rooms and different devices. All is problematic.
Food is mediocre at best. Greasy and oily.
Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable but after the above issues it is not enough to redeem this hotel. For the cost you expect far better.response / report this review
