  Luanda is a complicated city. It's difficult to find a place where you do not complain for this or that. Inn Luanda is a nice place to spend a night. Clean and quiet. Located in Bairro Valodia, near Marçal. Not a good neighbourhood. Services need improvement. There's no parking nor drop off areas.
  I would recommend this place in case you need to save some cash. It's quite affordable.

  not equipped, no telephone in the room, no hairdryer, infested with roaches, poor and horrible food, noisy, poorly placed (located in a guetho, no restos nearby), zero service, no common space, and unacceptable practices: they force you to pay the entire stay in advance, but if you must shorten, they do not refund you, even partially, "zero refund is our police" i've been told by the owner. Not to mention the arrogance of the owner, who has no education and does not respect its customers. Liars and robbers. Run out, trust me!!!
