  Costumer service is alright They really need to improve the breakfast, once it is very poor and hasn't many option The bed is too far from soft, like I was sleeping on the floor

  O Preço é acessível mas o lugar precisa de melhorias urgentes!
  - Almofadas encardidas e sem fronhas
  - Tem lâmpadas fundidas
  - Casa de banho minúscula e com loiça sanitária que tem de ser substituída urgentemente.
  - A diária é com pequeno almoço mas não sais a ganhar porque a comida é horrivel. O pequeno almoço não se consegue comer.
  - Empregados desleixados, não têm qualqier preocupação com o bem estar do hóspede.
  - Tem muito a melhorar.

  Well facilated to the basic hoteling requirements.
  English speaking staff at reception. Restaurant staff may not understand English.
  Parking facility available.
  WiFi available. (WiFi works fine at reception but may not work in room even though WiFi facility is provided in the room)
  May be costly compared to the facilities being offered (refer attached photos of menu card as well as room rental)
  Restaurant and hotel staff is helpful.
  Wheelchair accessible entry and elivator.
