An exquisite hotel. Top class facilities and very relaxing environment.
However staff friendliness needs attention. The friendliest staff are those polite gentlemen that greet you at the door and offer to carry your luggage. The rest have sullen sad faces that made me feel very uncomfortable especially the staff in the dining area. They looked like they did not want to be there at all and if you asked for something it was met with an attitude as though you were bothering them.response / report this review -

In general, the hotel is up to the standard. I found the room service as well as the gym so good. I could not try the swimming pool as it is not conveniently placed as well as it is too small. My main concern was on the front line receptionists which are not professional at all. They are not reading at each other and there is no one to make a decision or to talk to. I even sent an email to ask for the manager and no response was received. There is a need to really improve on this part. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

The hotel good big rooms with a safe ,fridge kettle etc. The food is also not bad but like a lot of things in Angola its really expensive. The staff is also friendly. Would recommend this hotel for any one.

Hotel avalade is a very nice secure hotel.

Very co-operative.
meal section is good selection for even vegetarian, being I am a vegetarian, the rest non-veg is very good selection as my friends info.
