I don't understant why they let me reserve a room on presidente hotel website by using my credit card they send me a reservation number and when i arrived to check in my resevation canceled and increase the price 3× from what i bought and they couldn't tell me the reason of cancelation they want me to buy again with their carency so stupid & horoble reservation i ever had

It's an ok hotel by European standards but a good one by Angolan standards. Food is a little hit and miss. Aircon works!
