I have stayed over here several times with my family when I visit Dubai. It's located in diera , the heart of city. They offer quality Services. The manager is a little difficult dealing man and front office people aren't too much friendly. The quality is highly appreciated. But front office people is little difficult to deal.

Truly a budget hotel.. one can expect all basic amenities.. cleanliness could be improved especially in the breakfast area.. housekeeping is done on daily basis 24/7 reception availability and the staff are real friendlyChinese restaurant near the lobby provides buffet at cheaper price With a 24/7 cafe running one can always find food at any time.. free sauna is added advantage It can be little noisy at night with music from the pubs Overall it was an average experience

Good Value of Money 💰, Staff is very kind , They got very comfy beds and the location is great its on walking distance from Rigga Metro Station . They has a rooftop swimming pool everything was awsome there .

Terrible bad hotel. Dirty. No free wifi in room. Horrible arrogant personal. Shuttle bus driver arrogant and hate guests. Breakfast better be hungry, dirty, slow, unprofessional. Really really bad. Never go there again!

This hotel is good but not recommended for family with children. Hotel staff extremely helpful but loud music will be disturbing kids. It's a good cheaper opinion just next to metro station Al Rigga.

Don't expect much. A budget hotel with normal facilities.
Pros: Good indoor swimming pool. Budget friendly. Near to metro
Cons: Not very much clean and tidy. Old rooms but Ok for short stay.

First I start by appreciating the polite and very helpful staff, from front desk to the cooks and maintenance guys. If I could rate just about the personnel, I would give 5 ⭐️. BUT please be awareNone of the pictures in the gallery Was even close to the room they gave us.
1. The room was dark, with just two depressing white lights, on top of the beds. The entrance door light was not working and there was another 2 sad white lights in the bathroom and the big main light in the bathroom was not working either. Very depressing! Although it took two calls and trips for the maintenance crew, but they finally fixed the front door light on a the third day.
2.the was no outlet to charge your cell phone!!! I called the front desk and they sent a Maintenace guy. He couldn't find any outlet either. There was none in the bathroom either, except an ancient bronze one which was for shavers only! After searching thoroughly, the guy advised me to move the heavy night stand and unplug the table light to be able to charge my electronic devices. I couldn't plug in my hot brush in the bathroom, so I had to sit on the bed, and style my hair with no mirror. Very inconvenient.
3. Forget about sleeping in this hotel! From 12 am the loud pounding noise of bar or disco will explode you brain and around 2:30am your whole room smells like heavy disgusting smoke. My mom kept coughing the whole time. The smell and noise will continue till 4 am.
4.there was no bath tub in the bathroom.just a broken shower which spilled water all around when you turn on the knob, and the water goes all the way to the bathroom door. So when any of us would take a shower the whole bathroom was wet and nasty.
5. Surprisingly there was no iron and iron table in the closet. When I asked for one, they brought the most broken iron table with burnt surface. We couldn't even set it up since it was missing some screws and it fell on my toes, when I was trying to set it up. Very unsafe and broken appliance. It was useless and we ironed on the bed.
6. There is no internet in the room so you have to pay 10dirham per night, but the worst part is that although you paid you can just use ONE device connected to WIFI and your other devices are useless and the other person has to go and sit in the lobby to use WIFI. Rediculous!
On the other hand the break fast was great although it was missing whole grain bread
( there was just 4 pieces of whole grain toast in the bread basket ) and the rest was all white bread. There was no fruits like 🍎 and 🍌. The fruit choice was just 2 types of melon 🍉🍈. The coffe was AMAZING and the servers were very fun and attentive. They had a great cook, HASHEM 👨🏽‍🍳 who was making the best Persian srew like khorest bademjan and karafs. Great food but still missing fresh salad 🥗. There were just a couple of side salads filled with mayonnaise.
I always book 3+ ⭐️ hotels to save money, but I had never been accommodated in such a low quality room and to end my trip,on the last day, when I got to the tiny elevator with my parents, there were 2 other guests who were smoking INSIDE THE ELEVATOR, right to our face. I couldn't control myself and shouted at them: are you kidding me? Are you really smoking inside the elevator? How disrespectful😡They guy just replied: come down relax and when we got out and the security guy asked what's going on, and I told him, he just took those guys out and apologized insincerely. Very very bad experience and that was enough to give a 1 ⭐️ rating to this low quality hotel, although I enjoyed the great food and helpful staff service. I want to have a shout out to SALEH👲🏽 The great hotel staff who was there all the time for me and my family and helped my parents very carefully and respectfully while I was gone. Thank you SALEH🙏🏻

We stayed 4 nights on June 2017 flying from Toronto, fantastic Hotel, deserve to be a 4 star hotel, absolutely clean, well organized, fantastic service, WIFI is not free in the room but can be used in lobby for free, food is great but not much option of western food, mostly middle eastern style food, thanks to the manager Mr. Rizwan and the receptionist Kashif, hotel is walking distance from metro if you're willing to use public transportation, I need to mention this is not Sun & Sands down town, cheers.

Just a reasonable hotel!!!
I was there for 4 days and was good not well!
The breakfast was good.
Staff was no good no bad!
Location was good.
Room wasnt good enough cause i used the bath tub that night and the hole was broked and there was water all over the bath and the smell of that was there for all 4 days and was awful!
I never gonna go there!

A budget hotel with good location to "old city" of Deira and Dubai creek. However, quite old and restaurants quite exotic drinking dens. I would recommend to a backpacker or adventure seeker, but not for somebody looking for to make their rare and precious time in Dubai. However, I must stress that service, cleanliness etc. are good. Also, please note that there are at least 4 Sun&Sands hotels in the old town area.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Please do not be fooled by the online pictures as they do not match what the actual rooms look like. I'm currently at the hotel whilst posting this, and I'm considering leaving and going somewhere else.

Pros: NONE

Cons:
1. Horrible odor in the room and hallways
2. Unwashed sheets. Mine had lipstick all over it.
3. Dirty pillows and pillowcases
4. MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!!!! The mold is all over the bathroom, just disgusting!
5. No hot water.
6. No face towels
7. Very dirty. Dust all over the furniture, dirt and grime in every crevasse.
8. Extremely thin walls. I can hear my neighbors conversations clearly

Honestly I could go on and on about how horrible this place is. Save yourself the trouble and Spend a little extra money and stay at a hotel that at least has well kept rooms.

We stayed there in Jan '17 for 5 days, not at all good place. They gave complimentory water bottle only on first day , no water ( not even kettle water) after that.Rooms were dirty.

It's really it the worst hotel and worst service ever you will had from that hotel as no one help and what all they thinking of how to take money from you and the night manager and his name ahmed and his Egyptian was really so bad to handle and to speak to customers as I didn't see from him of any professional service to deal however they was don't want to give the room unless to pay for 400 for minibar which price more even the room price . What is really irritating as I paid for the room and I didn't do the check in as they want more money and as we all of us know it's a choice to use the minibar or no but as you will not use they will have to remove about the night manager was not able to handle at all that's why I'm repeating his name.if do have a lot of things to say but . My feedback is do not book with that kind of htels as you will not get any service.
Note . U will not notice who's managers from staff as there no one wearing uniform. I or name tags it's like supermarket .

Basic rooms, a bit dirty. Decor pillows need washing, wall paper looks dirty, odd smell in bathroom (like mold). Bad beds, no cover matresses at all. Lots of noise in night time because of night clubs in the building. Breakfast wasnt good, terrible coffee and small variety of warm stuff and toast /croissants. Nearby metrostation.
