The place is clean and breakfast had a good variety. The busy street does get a bit noisy, do get the upper floors to be safe. The staff is friendly and helpful and they did attend to all our needs. The rooms are spacious and nice.

Hotel is clean, not fancy but you get what you pay for. The staff are polite and professional. The food is so so, not worth it and the drinks are not all that. I ordered a Mai Tai, it may as well be orange juice with cheap tequila. Overall, I would stay at this hotel for short trips. It's not too bad at all.

Hotel is located very near a metro station. Also, it's about twenty minutes away from the Dubai Airport without traffic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is equipped with a restaurant, a lounge, a gym and a swimming pool. There's a bar at the ground floor that screens sports channels.

A nice hotel with really pleasant staff.
Breakfast is great. Facilities (such as gym and pool) are also great.
However, it can be improved
Ways to improve:
*Separate the smoking from the non smoking rooms more (cigarette smoke can still be smelt in the non smoking rooms and in the corridors)
*the shampoo is watered down so much in the bathrooms that it isn't possible to get it from your hands to your hair. For a premium price hotel, things like shampoo shouldn't be watered down. Additionally, it seemed like watered down dishsoap.response / report this review -

Big rooms but everything else is very basic. The check in was ridiculously slow I was even asked to sit for.a while as only one person was checking people out and in. The baggage guys are superb. The towels are like 50years old and in general so are the bedding and the curtains yikes. For a quick layover sure. It is definitely NOT 5stars more like a good 3 stars.

Great location and just walking distance from metro station, decent size and clean rooms. I think what sets them apart is their service. Friendly and personal touch is what they excel, whether it's concierge staff, room services or reservations counter. Our family enjoyed the stay here and look forward to staying with them for any future visits.

It's a very nice place to stay and is the heart of old city. You have convinience for Metro Train and City buses in a walkable distance.

2 people, 2 different rooms, both facing a side of the hotel with people drilling Just out of the window. Not a coincidence for sure.7,30 am staff waking You up to make up your room. Restaurant for dinner Only buffet.

Fantastic staff, lovely grounds, beautiful night view of Old Dubai! Will be coming back soon since they helped us with navigating the train station. Concierge is dynamite! Also very clean rooms.

bad location in terms of being near popular tourist sites. hotel service was good and very large room.
cleanliness was ok minus the dirty window which doesn't help with the already limited views.

The Hotel was clean and spacious, there was a minor issue which the management took seriously and dealt with very professionally which was very much appreciated, customer service was outstanding and something others should learn from. Shah who took us and our suitcase to the room was very welcoming, professional and caring. Overall the staff was excellent and very welcoming. The room was big and spaciouse with outstanding housekeeping.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The location was also good as it's a walking distance from the Metro station.response / report this review
