Awesome hotel, amazing services, nice staff and excellent location. The hotel is ultra luxurious hotel with all services top rated. Right from check in to check out everything was perfect. Tasty food, clean comfortable rooms, large bathroom with all amenities, nice gym etc can’t be missed.

Amazing spot away of the traffic and unnecessary noise. Flair #5 is definitely the trendiest outdoor lounge to visit in Dubai at the moment. Great mood and vibes. Educated team and crafted cocktails. Definitely competing with other mixologists bar.

Great Service. Great breakfast, the food was super tasty and various. People was GREAT. Great bed. Good location for business but even for holidays. The room was clean, the bathroom beautiful big and clean. The only thing that I would change is the carpet in the rooms, was clean but another material would be more hygienic.

we were welcomed by Isaq with a smile and in a very polite manner. We were provided with an excellent service with a smile by all of the staff members and the quality of the food was absolutely great.

The bed was so comfortable.
The room very clean.
wonderful facilities, such as the spa.

The place is really classy. The rooms are very specious and big with very conservative interior design. Parking isn't complicated. The staff is perfectly trained and very friendly.
Food is good. You have several options. I tried most of them and was much satisfied. In brief, I shall recommend this hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel hoping to splurge for our baby moon, unfortunately it’s less than expected. Currently there is construction outside on one side and a main highway on the other which makes it hard to sleep. The bed that we have is hard and I’m up at 5 am with a sore back. I do have to say the bathroom is beautiful and some of the staff are extremely friendly but Ive stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world and from my experience thus far this hotel has not met expectations. I will repost after the 6 th day with our full experience.

Well located in international financial centre, close to the Dubai mall. Personal extremely helpful and friendly. Delightful spa. Nice shishah bar and restaurant. The only negative point is we have to pay for a supplementary advice and high speed for the WiFi connection.

beautiful place, as it is the Ritz Carlton. you don't have to talk about the service much here as it sets the standards. This hotel location is right in the heart of Dubai and offers many restaurants on cite that will blow you away. If you are on a business trip, this should be your top choice.

Hotel location is super and they have two reception one for hotel and one for residence.
the hotel is part of Marriott hotels and services were on time and staff well friendly.
I do like the breakfast restaurant and bar.
next to World trade centre and DIFC.
walking distance to Metro.

Extremely friendly staff, large rooms. The lady on the reception gave me an early check in. Another public relation showed me to my room and explained for me all the facilities provided in the room. I was touched by their hospitality.
Location is slightly away from main attractions. A bit noisy in the night due to loud music.
Another problem is the minibar in the room. Due to this they are asking for a security deposit and in the middle of the day, a person will show up to check it. This is extremely annoying.

Still Ritz Carlton always finds ways to exceed your expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect five minutes from DIFC, fifteen minute from mall of the emirates. The hotel itself is very modern, very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. Would recommend it every time.

It is worth noting that this hotel is heavily described as a business hotel, it is absolutely ideal for families too.
