Courteous staff, nice rooms with very good wardrobe space for persons comming on a longer visit. Decent breakfast choices. Tried in room dining food once. Quantity and quality is good, but they ask for cash . This can be a pain since person delivering did not have change.So now avoiding ordering inroom. Plan to having dinner outside before returning or else dine in the restaurant for rest of our stay.

A clean and well maintained hotel. Which has a great view of the City for front view rooms. What makes it more greater is the staff who are very accommodating. Special thanks to the front desk personnel Dennis for an immediate response to my request. As well as the room boy Bruce. You make my stay valued for my money. 😉😘

A really excellent hotel. I loved the way they carry out the check-in and check-out procedures - no hassle at all. The hotel rooms are very clean and neatly maintained.
I loved their food. Especially the breakfast.. Every morning, you wake up and find yourself amidst very colorful and tasty food that calls you in to indulge. My day would go very well after eating a filling breakfast! It was kind of a happy place for me!

The breakfast was good. The hotel is 4 star, however, I feel its 3-3.5 star hotel. Bed begs. Slightly slow service. In general, it was decent hotel. But worth exploring other hotel of similar range.

Stayed during 11 Jan to 15 Jan 18. Excellent location on main road. Taxis always available. A super market and few restaurants at walking distance. Very Nice hotel . Facilities match 5 Star comfort. Very good hospitality. Staff is helpful. Overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and value for money. Will like to visit again. Hotel may consider adding some more items to the Breakfast spread .

An ideal vacation hotel with better service and room care. Apart from it avails the guests with a delicious variety of food items to meet both the ends of the supper needs of all times. At last I want to say that if you are looking for an economic choice for your vacations, its one the best choices for both frequent and unfrequent tourists in Bur Dubai as based on my own experience in it. #Regards

Very old and outdated. Hotel has a stinky smell. Insects flying around. Tub wasn’t clean. Wasn’t comfortable at all. Furniture very old and out dated. I recommend Dusit D2 or Dusit Thani hotels in Dubai.

a catastrophic hotel!
Cockroaches, rooms of receptions not clean, a broken shower, a lack of staff who is screamed on, music until 4 o'clock in the morning and even prostitutes who drag in the corridors ..
it s a bas hôtel !

Awesome experience of staying here.. Staff is courteous and helping.. Breakfast buffet is enormous with loads of options to choose from Clean rooms.. ONE SUGGESTION GUYS DO NOT CALL UBER CABS RATHER TAKE YELLOW TAXI IT WILL COST YOU HALF THAN UBER.

Absolutely loved our stay.. The room was spacious and very elegantly designed interiors.. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable, memorable and Special Beds were really cozy and we had real good sleep.. The breakfast spread was healthy and tasty I had no chance to point out any flaws about this Hotel Price, Comfort, Service and Food -- all ticked with 5 Stars My personal recommendation-- See it to Believe IT!!!

Neat rooms you will get, quite spacious. Not sure about lunch /dinner, personally I didn't liked that much. But you get variety at breakfast and you may like that. Do have the cereals with cold mild, they taste yumm..

Good experience. staff humble and friendly. near to shopping areas. stayed atleast three times(once every year) but the breakfast menu is decreasing every time. need to work on cleanliness of the rooms which is done daily but not immaculately. excellent swimming pool.
