Service is pathetic. Facilities are good though. Better to stay in Royal Continental Hotel which is next door. Still you can use the service of Raintree like Pub, Hookah Bar, Spa, Dancing Bar et al.

Location is great. Eventhough rooms and toilets are big, it might not be a suitable place for cleanliness freaks. Floor carpets were dirty and looked old. Overall experience : Ok place in terms of location and amenities but not worth the money.

The worst ever hotel and was really wondering how they got rated as 4 star. The Room air conditioning was bad, the room was a joke which is dirty and most of everything wasn't working. Yet averaging per night costing between 350 to 500 Dirham for a standard room. Honestly, avoid this place because you will be fully disappointed.

don't ever visit this hotel if you value your money. The service is pathetic. They call themselves a 3star hotel but are not even worth single star. No proper fixtures in bathroom. You will have to fight to get hot water. If you call room service they will take minimum 20 minutes to come to your room or provide any required thing. No mini bar in room, no black out curtains and the worst part is the pool does not have temperature control and the security person at pool will offend you staring to the core.
They even lost my laundry clothes.

Small room. Soft bed. Room service system not good. Reception is good . Warm swimming pool with good hot jacozi . Staff are friendly. Good location . Quite area .

Today i went to this hotel because i have appointment for interview.I met a lady from HR ,Ms.Geeta.i wait for interview almost 2 hour,after that she call me for interviewaccording to her "she didnt call me, how u come here,you cannot sit here.." i show to her the details about appointment and fon number but reject and express very bad behaviorthis is my first experience and i have feeling very bad..

Quickly accessible from diera city centre metro station. Nominal pricing. Need some more room spacing. Had a swimming pool , spa, gym, restaurant, hot tub, lagauge storage also there. Offering parking slot as well. Good one which is quickly accessible diera.

reception boys and girls are very helpful and sweet , tv are low life worst tv service ever , room service are very bad and only work at the morning and you have to tell the reception that you need your room cleaned afternoon or the evening time if you want your room cleaned , the only thing room service apply to is (do not disturb) label !! (clean my room) is like saying walk by 😂 , rooms needs alot of attention , beware of the towels , shisha arabian food city center mall and zoom 24 mini market are very near , the rooms are for sleeping only , the bed is good , wifi is great . thank you

10 floor is moldy, especially rom 1015, were we stayed for 4 days. All our clothes got moldy, and had to be cleaned.

BE AWARE! The service was horrendous and ruined my first day in Dubai. First, I got to the hotel after check-in and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the room to be ready after a 13-hour flight. I finally got in at 4:30pm, but the room did not have towels and looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. I called to ask for towels over and over. Every time I called, I was assured that someone would be at my door shortly. At 6pm, I was told that there were no towels and the washing machine is broken. I then decided to go to a different hotel so I could get ready for my 8pm dinner meeting, but was told that I had to wait for the manager who never came. Apparently he was “at a meeting” at 6:30pm on a Thursday. After wasting additional time waiting for the manager, I asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It’s been 3 weeks since this incident and I STILL have not received my refund. This is absolutely insane. Save yourself the aggravation, and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Did not stay in the hotel but they have amazing coffee in Mezanine floor. Very good place with internet connection, shisha and food. Staff are polite and place is comfy specially in winter and moderate temperature weather. Prices are reasonable.
