I have enjoy being on this hotel. Everybody is very Nice, good food, very Nice house cleaning Services. I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Wale for his kindness. Very Nice person always with a Pure smile on his face. Highly recommended.

You need to book the room with breakfast. You get to choose the time you want to come down and eat. Their restaurant is on the ground floor. Their breakfast is best.

Excellent stay so far. Very peaceful and serene environment. Top class service. Highly recommended especially for faimilies and couples coming on honeymoon. The feeling of privacy and sense of security is amazing. The hotel is right next to Metro station of Dubai Internet City which makes the commute even more convenient. A very good grocery store 'Park n Shop' is situated right across the road. Hardly, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Would love to come stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights in a business trip. Very nice and clean room. All kitchenette provided. Location is very nice. Near to metro. Easy to use public transportion from here. Gym n pool are small but enough for stay. I used gym. They provided gym towel and pool towel. I enjoyed the stay.

We had the greatest experience in Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments! We had a last minute cancelation in Dubai for an airbnb on the 31st December. I was there with my siblings and my mother, all adults. So we found the hotel and even though they only have rooms for two persons, we asked them if somehow we could accommodate on the hotel. They took us, and even upgraded us to a bigger room so we could put 2 extra bedrooms in the room.
We didn't all leave at the same time, so we left some luggage in the hotel to pick them up later. We couldn't find anywhere my brother's tablet. A simple mail asking them if by any chance it could be there, and the attention was fast and helpful. The same day we were able to get it back.

Thank you Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments! We had the greatest experience in Dubai! We strongly recommend you to stay!

This contemporary hotel is 5 km from Palm Jumeirah and 5 km from the Mall of the Emirates.

Fairly decent apartments but be sure that you are given the correct room. I was charged for a medium sized room but was placed onto the 17th floor in a tiny apartment. I was told this was because the "hotel was full" however when I subsequently visited their website I saw many rooms available. When I confronted the manager with this information I was upgraded (to the correct sized room) "as a free upgrade".

Stayed there for 20 nights.I loved this hotel apartment. Excellent location, Spacious and well furnished. There was not even one thing I could complain about. House keeping staff was lazy and would skip cleaning properly, but when we pointed out they cleaned it well. I didn't like the fact that I had to ask them to refill coffee and water everyday. God knows why they don't want to give you refill when it's complimentary.

Good location is very near from The Metro only 20 meter , Super market next the hotel 50 meter , To Marina mall and JBR 5 min , Emirate mall 5 min , Dubai mall 15 min , Very clean Hotel and Good Stuff , Free Wifi in the rooms .

This is one the better hotel apartment that i have been to. Great room with full furnishing and amenities including full kitchen, Washing machines etc. The only problem is the lack of a proper in-house breakfast. but this place is rite next to a couple of super markets and 5-6 good restaurants,

Clean rooms, the apartments are bigger. Easy access to the metro. Great staffvery friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to grocery shops. Yeah one more thing, we got upgraded to the presidential suit😁

Great experience. Perfect Hotel, very attentive staff, next to Metro 50 m. Even bus and taxi right in front of the Hotel. That's all you need. The hotel's German restaurant "Baker's Kitchen" offers unbelievable scrumptious healthy food but coffee and handmade German cakes & sandwiches as well. That's why I changed my plan and I held my meetings simply there. We'll come back for sure.
