We went there for 2 nights stay as couple and property was really good. Clean inside and outside. Location was good near to Fahidi & Burjuman metro station. No bugs, bed was nice, amenities such as microwave, fridge, kettle were also working. Have their own covered parking which was very important for us. Overall we found it very pleasant and economical.

Unfortunate place. Beside the favourable nightly rates and the central and rather quiet location in Al Mankhool I can't praise anything. Beds too hard (old mattresses), not enough cutlery and dishes, no response when calling the reception, not enough coffee and sugar, etc. etc.
They don't even have wine glasses, neither in the room, nor in the hotel restaurant Really annoying.
Overall not ok. I definitely won't come back here.response / report this review -

Good hotel, convenient location, near to All fahidi metro station.
Rooms good spacious, but bathrooms very small.
Staff is polite and helpful.
Travel desk service good but little expensive.
Overall a good stay.

Good value for money,the area is not luxirious,but has everything we need around(mall,supermarkets,pharmacy,beauty salon).There is balcony in the room.

Nice and New Facility in middle of Bur Dubai. Situated next some good restaurants, currency exchange houses, bars etc.
A 15 minute walk to Burjuman Center and Metro.
Rooms are decent size and clean. A preferred place for lot of Tourists coming in with Travel Packages.
Takes special care for Jain Food. Jain Breakfast options available.
Most of the times have a very strict check-in Policy of 02:00 PM and do not issue the room before that.
Getting a Taxi from this place might be an issue. Hence either use Uber, Careen or Walk to the Bank Street or Mankhool Road which is 5 minutes walking from the Hotel.
If you are driving in, be prepared to get out of the car and walk to reception as they don't have a proactive barrier opening on arrival of a car.
There is a Travel Desk on the ground floor which can help you plan your touring calendar if you haven't planned one yet.response / report this review -

It could have better if, even if the rooms are old, maintenance is still at par. However, cleanliness is quite of an issue. They barely make it a habit to clean up whatever garbage you have in your room, and throw it away for you. Bathroom tiles are full of yellowish stains ..
On the other hand, Front Desk/Reception and Housekeepers are warm and friendly.response / report this review -

I liked it but they charge extra for extra member for everyday, which is truly a lot of money! Rest, guest rooms are big, spacious and good for families. Location is excellent, nearby metro and BurJuman.

Tupli hotel apartment is located in Bur Dubai. The location of the hotel is at a walking distance of Al Fahidi metro station.
Lot of Indian / Pakistani eateries around makes it amongst the good choices of hotel apartments to stay for Asian guests.
The hotel is neat and clean with spacious rooms. The toilets are good too.
The tariff is very high compared to the services. If booking directly with the hotel, you may try to negotiate with the hotel. Usually booking this hotel from a travel agents will be cheaper.
The hotel has a currency exchange at the reception but is usually expensive. Exchange your currency from here only if there is an urgency. Otherwise currency exchange houses are at walking distance from the hotel.response / report this review -

They have huge literally huge rooms to offer in every category. I have stayed in other nearby hotel apartments also but here you will get the best space in comparison to other. Location is great, supermarket and metro are just a few meters away. Furniture in the rooms is a bit out dated and needs attention but other than that its a great place to stay.

Nice hotel apartments with good customer service, affordable accommodation and a decent breakfast but menu is catered more for South Asians. The bathroom in my master suite was very run down and gross looking but the rest of the room, kitchen and the washing machine was great.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are poorly unmaintained, dusty balconies and ceilings are badly darkened with dusts. The staffs are extremely unwelcoming.
We checked-in here with friends in a 3 bedroom hall apartment to gather for a small dinner and we ended up checking out in the middle of the dinner because we were so pissed off with their staff coming in and out of our room checking how many people were inside and forcing few to leave. They very well spoiled our night in a very inconsiderate manner. Thanks to them! 😡response / report this review -

A very nice and clean apartment hotel, and they care about details like a having a shaving kit and toothbrush & toothpaste, really enjoying my stay
Just a small comments: room service takes time to do a request, Apartment had no towels and had to request it twice till they brought it, and it seems to be a repeated case as I have read it on other reviews
Also the WIFI is not free
But overall it is highly recommended for families and solo travelers, I really enjoying my stayresponse / report this review -

Very nice place and very clean. The staff is cooperative especially the girl in morning shift. Fahidi metro station is 5min walk. However their price has extremes from very low to being equal to 5 star hotel!!! so I dont prefere for long stay unless you book it from the beginning

Decent place to stay in Bur Dubai. Easy access to metro. Well equipped apartment and Kitchenette. You can easily cook your meals here. Very close to hypermarkets like Carrefour and some other local grocery shops.

One of my worst experiences ever with a hotel
-Untrained staff.
- Dirty neighborhood and not family friendly.
- The pictures of the hotel are different than the reality.
- Paid wifi.
