This is my first time to come over and put feedback about the company, because I had never experienced any such unprofessional service before from any company. As consumer, I was highly demotivated by a unprofessional customer service from an employee who named Ronne. She tried to threat their consumer without any reasonable reason and interesting thing is that I tried to put the issue to the related department, there is no one come over to help me out and they still give responsibilities from one to another. I had never feel so disappointed about any company and I will never ever use their services anymore.

Great customer service open for 24/7 and the great part is it is the only company which has counters in the mall locations as well, also convenient to pickup or dropoff ur car in any location.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service of the lady in the parking lot office.
We were issued a car in a pathetic condition and within minutes of driving, we realized the car had mechanical issues and went to return it.
On this, her entire body language changed.
Started complaining about 30dhs parking charges that we would have to bear now, to which we agreed. But still she was extremely rude.
In the end, It was an exercise in patience and tolerance to get done with it and be gone.

CAREFUL!!!!! Do not rent a car from Thrifty, we reserved a car multiple days before picking it up from Terminal 1, and when we got there there was nobody at the desk and we had to pay the parking fee anyways. We went to the Terminal 3 Branch and they told us they didn’t have the car we had reserved, AND refused to refund us or even help us in any way. I have rented many cars from many agencies before but this has been the worst experience of all. Do not waste your time and money with this agency.

I picked up the car in T3 parking, the staff was very friendly and the check in agent very helpfully.
During my rental I had a break down because of the car battery, after I called the assistance they have send me someone who changed the battery. The person made an excellent job and also compare to other Carrentals the assistance come already prepared and equipped.
Even if I had a small problem which has been resolved on spot I am still happy with the service.response / report this review -

للاسف لايوجد لديهم اهتمام بالعميل خصوصا عند الاستلام ومكاتبهم في صالة القدوم يقول لك جيب السياره للمكتب والمكتب يقول لك شف الموظف بالباركنق واقعد دور عليه واذا عندك رحله بتفوت عليك وانت تدور موظفهم.
باختصار خدمتهم فاشله وسمعت ان شركة دولار تابعة لهم ، شكله هندي صاحبهم، همه بس لهط الفلوس.response / report this review -
