A decent RIP-off. They will inspect the car to the maximum and try to charge you for everything (even dead mosquito spots) We are talking about 2 super small pokes in the seat. I didn't do that and it was there when I took the car I am president circle at Hertz this rental place has no standards or manners

I found there the cheapest car and the fastest service between all of the rental companies.
The car was new and very clean

On Jan 26, 2018 I rented a car from Hertz In Dubai airportØŒ and I am still waiting for my deposit. I try to call them many times on this number â€+971 4 224 5222‬ , but no one answer as usual.

Really bad news!
I rented a rental car from HERTZ DUBAI in February 2018 that I paid in cash, I left my numbers of credit card as a deposit, and now there are making payments, thieves.
Pay me back immediately! I will make a complaint and explain to customers not to rent at HERTZ DUBAI! THIEVES! I'm really not happy, I trusted you.

Returning office location in terminal one isn’t easy to reach by car.

The friendly Hertz staff at the airport counter offered to extend my previous lease from Al Ain to ease my car to car transition. Car return was also pretty smooth, despite the chaotic scene in the tiny rental office at T1.

Stay away from Hertz dubai. Does not reflect to hertz quality one is used to. We had to wait pre booked child seat for ages and when returning rhe car even tough the exact same scratch marks on the documents and car doors, the representative claimes them to be new ones. In case you have to rent from here always take photos of the marks on the car, the staff is not trustworthy.
