I got your reply in my review and I didn’t ask if the company winning UAEs car rental company in 2021, this is not the answering or the thing it solve my problem and make me satisfied. And that is why yore stuff they don’t know how to solve and make the the customer satisfy because your answer doesn’t belong to my review, you have to know what you have to write when someone criticize you.

It's good but the location is not at all feasible. Specially after dropping the car we can't get any taxi. So we have to walk to the nearest metro stn which is 2 and half km away.

'i have used several rental car companies many times before, so I am sharing my experience with budget rent a car service. However, our experience with Budget Rent-A-Car at dubai area was great , we had reserved a car and it was delivered on time in neat and clean manner. paper work is also less and hassle free, i must say that their staff is very friendly helpful and efficient. they guide you with perfect directions if required.

Don't look for 'Budget Rent-a-car' sign. You will not find it! Look for 'Prime Limousine Service Center.' Inside said compound, as you enter and ask around, they will direct you to an office where you can find 'Budget.' Be ready to with your Emirates ID or passport, driver's license at least 1yr or older, international driver's license if you are visiting. Pay your rental depending on your requirement plus 'holding fee' of AED1,300 and up, should you enter have traffic violations. The amount will be held for 14 business days so be ready to shell out more if your taking bigger sedan, sports car or SUV. Process was quick, in and out within 30mins.
