Sometimes you'd like to relax after long weekdays at work, but was upset with the place, toilet was dirty, i found hair. Pillow case was obviously not new. Smells like someone's head and just put back again. Wifi toooo slow! I checked out and couldn't sleep, late night was so noisy from mezzanine floor and could hear clearly the drainage of water pipe from the toilet ceiling.

for the bar/pub -- okish if you are on a tight budget. there are only 2 bars in alqusais/nahda areas.one is this and another dubai grand. both almost same.

The rooms are nice and clean. They are well maintained also. There are two metro station in under 1 km on each direction. Taxis are easily available. Lots of restaurants around. The cons mainly was about the disco bars you don't see any one but you hear a lot of music till late night and you find posters for bar dancers etc in the reception making you question the enterprise. We had no issues during our stay. The Kerala restaurant is not very good and is best avoided. If treated as a place to sleep at night it's a good option.

It should be 0 stars. Hotel is terrible. Prepare to fall a sleep after 3 / 4 AM after all parties in clubs ends and music won't be loud even in 3rd floor.

Room is not too bad but the Arabs here are SUPER racist because they charge you crazy price for being white at on each of the bars there. They'll rob you for sure even if you stayed in the bar for freaking 5 mins to watch hookers dancing on the stage.

The room costs $70 usd a night which is a fair price for its quality but I went to one of the clubs in the bar and the owner tried to charge me 300 for a plate of fruit and 150 to see 5 minutes of hookers standing on stage. The hotel is okay but the pubs and clubs inside will rob you blind

The place is fine. The parking under the building is super stinky and needs proper arrangement. The rooms are good. I liked the device they have outside rooms to show room, room bell, room cleaning and laundry was the latest technology.

One of the worst experience as a guest in your bar, Waiters including manager (Alwin ) He n his team are expecting tips or else they give damn worst experience even for water. If you complain the Manager then the response you get it like- Only people who give tips are allowed here and if you not gonna pay tips to us you can go upstairs to Darts.
I want someone to respond on this because there is grouping going on in the restaurant. when asked manager for good services then he complained that we didn't give tips. Its damn bloody embarrassing.
my intention is to get one to one with same manager along with his f&B manager or GM as per hotel.response / report this review -

It is just a bed in a room. Good bed btw. Shower is horrible with fungus and cold. Guys at reception are very friendly.
