Excellent hotel in terms of everything. I live in Dubai for 14 years now but few months ago I changed my job and moved to Alain . But I come to Dubai every weekend and I tried many hotels since and they were disappointment. But this hotel is amazing from the moment you enter it , you feel relieved . Professional and friendly staff. Clean big rooms, excellent breakfast . And above all excellent location . Almost near to everything you want to see in Dubai. Well done. I will be here every weekend. Not to forget Susan at the reception, such a sweet courteous lady with a beautiful smile . Thank you so much

Reception has been excellent, hot is generally spot clean- I haven't comparable cleanliness across the continents during my travels. Keep it up and highly recommend a stay here to potential visitors.

Very friendly stuff, always available and supportive. Pictures in homepage about facilities reflecting reality/the truth. All fine, modern, clean, smart. Breakfast offers something for every taste. Hotel close to "La Mer" beach, which is very nice. All shopping facilities very close to the hotel. All in all; we would come again.

Super clean hotel, comfortable bed, modern design, free parking, definitely I will stay again, only one thing negative thing, I asked them to take lagging for check-out, they said we need 15 minutes because we are busy.

Very reasonably priced hotel, and rooms are modern and comfortable. Occasionally the front desk gets a bit backed up.

Good hotel but with same rate you can find better view and better service, if you booking by apps and would like to extended they charge you same rate while hotel rate is much lower to whom booked direct in helpdesk, poor receptions staff at night, buffet is very cheap and poor with high coast AED 65, rooms maintenance is really bad as in picture, Wardrobe design is bad as it's difficult to open Drawer clothes, TV channels is limited and poor helpdesk staff is not professional are not frindly, area located is usually crowded, vallet parking is not available all the time , rooms it too small

Very good hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Very well maintained rooms. House keeping staffs are doing very good work. cheffs are also good. They took a bit longer time during check in even though reserved early, but hospitality was good even offered coffee/tea for the delay and gave WiFi connection when asked. Check out was very quick, the person at front desk was very courteous.

One of my favorite hotels in Dubai. It is cheap, convenient and close to down town. Highly recoend it if you want a good place near downtown without paying a fortune.

I had to pay for additional room $105 for no reason, because my friend wasn't listed and they weren't spending a night. It was a pick up , their luggage. Represent called me and said I have to pay for another room. I told them that person is not staying, Rep. Insisted for me to pay for another room. I paid for extra room for one night and nobody stayed on it. Horrible experience. I am very disappointed, and I will not recommended anybody to stay there!!

This hotel has lean and neat rooms, also spacious and quite good decoration and comfortable. I would be totally satisfied when I was there if the services as good as expectation for a 3star hotel. I booked a room via Agoda and requested an airport pickup service. But when arrived, there's no one there. May be the responsibitly should be taken to Agoda, but the hotel also didn't even notice me that they couldn't arrange the pickup. It was the first time I was in Dubai and I struggle in waiting and finally I have to jumped on a Taxi without any idea about when he drove me to. Fortunately, I reached the hotel safe and sound. An uncomfortable experience :)

I loved this bright clean modern hotel, was better than I was expecting.
Staff were lovely Breakfast was great.
Room spacious and comfortable bed.
Was a little bit away from main City but taxis so cheap, also I liked the walk. Lots of shops and eateries around.
Was very good price. Would certainly recommend.

Love! A beautiful hotel! Never disappoints, great location in terms of proximity to shopping and always very polite and accommodating. It was such a comfortable, clean and beautiful lobby that makes me feel like I need to dress up to be in the lobby. Very chic. You feel very special when you stay here. Rooms are the highest . Went on a breakfast date it was great the food was very good and so is the service.
Hotel staff were wonderful, great attention to detail
Moreover the hotel is 3 stars deluxe but the GM of the hotel is 5 star! Young, charming and extremely customer focused and helpful one.
Hopefully will be returning very soon)))
