The hotel decor is dated and needs a refresh urgently. The pictures on their site do not represent the true state of the decor or general aesthetic atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast is also very limited in choice. The staff on the other hand are helpful. In summary I will not be staying here again unless a major renovation of the facilities is done.

The hotel itself is old But the rooms are lovely and the staff is beautiful to work with. I do enjoy the food there, and I definitely enjoy my room. It's only there was atmosphere and the area of the hotel it would be much better..

Awesome.
What a lovely decision it was to book Savoy Suites for our stay in Dubai. Lovely spacious and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, functional washing machine (which we used maximum), microwave, refrigerator and iron stand ( our favorite again).
Rooms are kept really clean. I felt relaxed retiring to my room in the evening.
Breakfast is a good spread We thoroughly enjoyed the delicacies.
Reception staff was truly courteous.
Swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi all fantastic.
Worth going back again and again

Everytime I go to Dubai I stay here. The staff are excellent and free buffet continental breakfast is included. The rooms are perfect as the include a small kitchenette including washing machine. The toilets are very roomy and have ample space for luggage. Definitely a must stay because is close to amenities and the computer plaza where you can find great prices for electronics. All round perfect location !

Location is the only good thing.

You will end up being asked (indirectly) for tips for everything, even when you are eating your beakfast. I don't know where they got the 4.1 rating from, but I'm pretty sure it's fake.

Two people went up with us to the room and I had to pay both of them a tip.

By the way, you need to search for hotels in the new Dubai area. this one is in the old area, I learned this from the taxi driver

Staying here past 1 month. Hospitality is good.. Breakfast is good.. Folks masala omlette with cheese is a must try in the mornings.. Pool is a bit smaller.. Tea and coffee are good.. Masala chai is mine n my colleagues favorite.. Yes bed is good.. Tub is small.. About lunch sometimes few items wont be available.. But the food is good.. Overall a good stay.. Keep up the spirit.. Yes, also liked the way they bring the cake if its ur birthday with tape recorders balloons singing n all.. Fun..

Spent 7 nights in Downtown Metro hotel and booked another hotel online for just a night before moving to Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment which I already planned for. But on getting to the hotel booked online, I knew there was no way I would survive the night there. It wasn't looking good at all so I decided to call the Manager of Savoy Hotel Apartment to see if I could get a room before moving to the one I already booked for in their property. So he said i should give him some minutes to check. He called me back and told me they have a room available and we checked in there. He even sent a driver to pick us from the dirty hotel. The following day we moved to the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment and it was very comfortable as well. The staffs of Savoy Hotel Apartment- Mr. Jude, Mr. Sumit, Mrs, Rishmaare, Mr. Glynelle so friendly and hospitable. Neat environment with all the essential ammenties being provided. Kitchenette, swimming pool, sauna, I only wish they could have a children play ground in the future so families with children can enjoy the property more. I will choose Savoy Hotel Apartment again and again anytime I come to Dubai.

Excellent hotel apartments to stay, wherein you get all the amenities to cook also, very clean rooms and well mannered staff with a smile on their faces always. Moreover it is nearby to most of the places and the roof top swimming pool is quite exceptional. The only scope of improvement is the buffet breakfast. Even though it is good it can be made better by improving the taste of Indian dishes.

Best hotel apartment to stay in Dubai, Kai from the reception was very helpful and accommodating! I would definitely recommend Savoy Suites as the best hotel apartment to stay in Dubai!

Pictures looks better than the real hotel. Its not in a good location either. You can get a hotel that is cleaner for lesser price on the other side dubai. All the the hotels in Dubai are accessible by metro. Savoy is more like a motel.

My husband and I researched quite a bit on where to stay before we decided on Savoy Suites for our honeymoon in Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was clean, the staff were warm and courteous and it was perfect for us. We loved the fact that the room could be separated by closing the doors and we just really enjoyed the area and room itself.

I don't know where to begin from!! Let's start with front desk not friendly manager has the audacity to tell me he doesn't like my first name i mean what the hell!! elevator small & smelly, corridor smells REAL BAD. Room smelled as well not to question..why am i so pissed and giving one star coz there is NO hot water in this hotel. It comes for 5 mins ONLY!! I complained to the manager his name was Usman don't know his last name he changed my room & offered me free breakfast for last 2 mornings he lied to me saying this room will not have issue with hot water complete BS! When I checked out i was charged for 41aed for breakfast & soda i asked the manager to take off the charges as i was taking cold shower he said he can't do that & walked away. I hope general manager reads this review! And take proper action against the manager & fixes the issue. No customer service at the time of check out!! Worst stay ever!! Waste of my $1800!! For 7 nights!

A short one week stay but my husband, daughter and I felt at home, away from home. Everybody at the hotel was very nice and welcoming. Our one bedroom studio was nice, well equipped. Overall we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you!!
