I'll rate this hotel as average, nothing special as compared to others, lighting system is too low, that made hotel ambiance depressing at night. There are 2 beer bars, one is African with African music only while other was Arab with Arabic songs. Hotel service was not up to mark, bathroom had water leaking, room cleaning was not properly done, soap was requested to get a new one. A family relative came to visit my wife on hotel which staff refused to let in to the room and we had to go out to meet them.

Very Bad experienced in this Hotel, Egyptian receptionist is so rude and worst is laughing and at back of customer like a demon. How can management of this hotel cant teach good customer service to their bad attitude staff. Instead of saying sorry he keeps on giving a thank you sarcasm words to a dis appointed customer. Good luck to this pathetic hotel you hired unpleasant people. What the heck cant even post a review without giving a rate, even single star doesnt deserved because of rude receptionist.

Very good hotel as per the price I have paid. Value for money . Many options for non veg food but very less option for veg food. You can call from outside. Very good nightlife.3 night clubs. One of them is till 6 in the morning.

Very tasteful decorated hotel
Very nice rooms, bathroom slightly small but everything there including bidet
Beautiful swimming pool and not crowded at all ( November).
The staff is super friendly, it was really nice experience to be treated so nicely.
In line with the landing strips of the airport so you can see all planes fly over really low, super cool to see.
I am giving only three stars for two reasons
No1: the internet is awful after 6 pm when everybody gets online, I stayed 6 days and complained 5 times without any improvement.
There is three places in the hotel of which 2 on the ground floor I believe they are night clubs that open up i believe every night.
At this point the ambiance of the hotel changes instantly with people of all sorts coming and going. I didn't really like this.response / report this review -

Review for metro restaurant un ground floor.Nominal food for the price at restaurant with mildly concerned waiters towards seated guests.food was not bad in taste yet didnt justify the price tag. Seating and ambience was fairly good.plus they kept some the leftover food i asked to be packed for tskeaway in the end :/

I have been at this hotel for close to a week with my husband critically ill in Dubai hospital. I checked in after 3 nights at a different hotel - it was not very pleasant. The staff care here at Hues is incredible. After an initial mishap, to which they immediately responded, it has been an entirely comfortable and carefree experience. Imelda is the perfect hostess who goes above and beyond any expectations with empathy and understanding - totally proactive. The front desk staff, in particular Maybell and Amir, remember my name and are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is an issue or problem. Cheryl, on security, is an absolute delight and inquires daily about my welfare - and always with a smile. The cleaners are always friendly, smiling and thorough. The restaurant staff reflect the same attitude. Each employee with whom I have had contact is a credit to this place! Well done to everybody!

had to change Room 2 Times due to Smoke and Water draining from the upper floor in my Bed, Internet slow and breaks often, no really hot water in Shower, 1 of the 2 escalators not functioning . but all the service People are really trying to fix things quickly. Bed is comfortable and Huge Bathtub and Parking Service is a Plus.

Good one .. rooms are very clean and high tec , wifi in rooms is very very slow so do not depend on it. wifi in the lobby works great n fast ,, location is very cool next to many shops and local restaurant .

Best hotel I have stayed in Dubai so far. But that's according to my budget😊. Only problem is the toilet seats are too low but apart from that rooms very very clean and welcoming staff. I have found my home in Dubai

Aurora rooftop Bar is one of the best spots to enjoy your night out with drinks and the pool table. You might have some tough competition as many professionals come around very often.

Nice, semi-automated, large rooms with customer-identifying IPTV. Free breakfast. Fair customer service. It's location near Jesco Supermarket makes for shopping convenience. However, it's a little farther off from the busier and bustling part of Deira; that is if you're looking to see the real Souk-Dubai

"Hues (read as huge) Rip-off Hotel "
They put small boxes of cashew nuts and water bottles on dressing table. My sons opened them and I was charged 70 AED ( £16) for 2 water bottles and a cashew nut box. When told about it, the Filipino receptionst ignored what I was saying and charged the amount to the card any way.
Charging for stuff inside the bar (fridge) is OK but putting water bottles outside and charging ridiculously for that is a RIP OFF.
Zero courtesy and ripping off attitude. With Dubai promoting tourism, these hotels are spoiling their efforts. Stay Away.response / report this review -

The security guard n the staff do not respect the customer .. has they are racial .. discriminating and the worst hotel I have seen in Dubai in 15 years of experience .. I would suggest anyone not to visit this hotel.. no customer service. If they have something called has customer service they would contact us .. but I m sure they won't ..cause they would jus take their personal racial opinions on the customer .. thank you
