Very good hotel for a reasonable price. It’s a great choice if you are keen on shopping. The restaurant terrace on 24th floor is great proving a fantastic view of the city.

Love this hotel. We spend 2 nights here before a cruise and it’s very easy to get here by taxi or even the train station. For food you have direct access to the mall with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is also beautiful and the views of Dubai is fantastic. Very spacious room, clean. Friendly service and alway willing to help.

One of the best places to stay in Dubai not just because the hotel is great but also bcuz it's in the Mall of Emirates with direct access. Rooms are great. Service as you would expect. Dining options are good.

We stayed here for five nights recently. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was specious and well decorated. We also had access to the Executive Lounge which probably is one of the best lounges I have used. Breakfast is very elaborate as well evening food options were great. The entire staff is very nice and eager to help. This hotel ranks as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. When I visit Dubai again, I am definitely staying here.

Great gesture and support from Keerthana and team. Thanks to them as I made my 4th visit to this hotel in less than 3 months.

I’m obliged by Sheraton's service and customer centricity. I was supposed to checkin early by 6 hours in advance and it was performed very well on time without a single minute delay.

Sheraton & SPG team made my day memorable by keeping a wonderful cake and balloons in my room on my birthday. Which I never anticipated and never seen as this being done by other hotels.

I’m highly obliged and delighted to stay at my second home i.e. Sheraton hotel.

I wholeheartedly thank Keerthana and the wonderful team at Sheraton.

We just find this place, I am painter and I bought some canvases in good price here even frames are in good price and quality. I came back here for shopping again too. Also they have many locations for ideas in decorations. And I love to see the flowers 🌺. And I am using some of them for my paintings.

Decent Sheraton hotel at a fantastic locationbut the room lack of basic toiletries such as comb, toothbrush They don't even have a safe in the room on the first day of arrival. This is really disappointing especially we are talking about a 5 stars Starwood hotel

This is my second visit. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Location is great for shopping.

Good hotel facilities and location being connected to the mall of the emirates But not very professional staff I requested to extend my stay No one picked my phone. Then they said they would call me and no one called Before going to the mall i requested my baby trolley from the car That was 30 min ahead of time I went down stairsbut they brought my car insteadit took them 4 different people to bring my trolley finallythe one recing my call The lady at the enterance Then the receptionist then the valet parking supervisori think also hooka smell is everywhere at the reception 5th floor

Not so good . As a hotelier with 20 years experience i have noticed the following

Grilled items are mostly fishy smelling lamb , which means they are poorly marinated

Seafood items are oily

Floor is very slippery in front of the shawerma station , cause of food drops on the floor and really nobody cares

Desert items are so poor for an open puffet not enough

Service inside the restaurant is very poor rarely when you can catch a waiter

Waiters are like robots , no interaction with the guest at all ,either rarely smiling

No signage to guide to prayers rooms which is located on the fourth floor , you need to go down and search yourself

Finally there was no hot water in the wash rooms at the fifth floor behind the reception desk , you need to wait for more than 15 ,mins to get hot water

Also there was no soap inside the soap dispensers on the wash basin counter

Very nice hotel and our room had magnificent views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a multitude of options. Situated in the Emirates Mall, so there are plenty of shopping/dining options as well as the indoor skiing facility. Hotel also had a helpful tourist booking/information office.

Excellent hotel with a great location right in the mall of the Emirates. They have a great terrace on the 5th floor with good food and excellent Shisha. Tons of restaurants in the mall and the shopping of course. Breakfast is OK but they have a new Turkish restaurant that is good. The rooms are nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. One of my favorite hotels in Dubai.
