Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city near to JAFZA zone and Metro Station, extremely clean & comfortable.

I have seen only one negative review talking about Rahul, I am hereby to confirm that is not as they said, this may be was misunderstanding and communication language, the person is professional like all the team !
Would recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.
I am glad to extend my stay in this hotel one more time without thinking to change

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay here, the staff are friendly and approachable. The housekeeping overall is very good. Thanks Edward and Riyaz for keeping the room clean. I really appreciate it.

Loved our stay here for almost 2 months. A family of 5 with 3 children. The staff is really good and helpful. I would love to stay here again.
Wifi could be a little bit better and faster..
Swimming pool is also a bit small, you feel it specially when there are some people in the pool.
There is no free silent room / meeting room.

superb experience with Premere Inn.
Staff is indeed very very good. They are friendly, supportive and always ready for help.
Food is also a delight.
Had great choice in breakfast.
Rooms are clean and very well maintained.
They are very flexible with early check in and late check-out.

I would like to express my appreciation and thanks for the excellent service and care that i have received.
The hotel provides great quality service. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel team had definitely devote their best effort in showing their concern for my comfort, and I would like to express my gratitude especially to Yuki, whom was very professional and very welcoming person. Rustgevend hotel met behulpzaam personeel, receptie 24/7 open Ruime kamer, met mooi zwembad. Gym is aan de kleine kant. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De shuttle bus service is fijn.

A no frills stay at a Premier Inn, perfect if you intend to spend much of your time sightseeing and out and about and only require a clean bedroom and breakfast. The buffet breakfast, though the same most days is recommended, has a wide variety and the chef on request will more than happily make you something off the menu. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, quick to assist and polite. There's a gym at no extra cost, though it's very basic but will keep you ticking over for a few days and there's a small pool on the roof, more suited to kids than adults, but nice for a twilight dip, just before it's shut at 10. Parking is ample at the rear and there's quite a few amenities around the hotel itself, Ramla supermarket I highly recommend paying a visit to. The main road is just around the corner putting you in easy reach of the sights of Dubai, if like us you decide to hire a car, they do however have a complimentary shuttle service which takes you to various malls etc and excursions can be bought in house, though I'd recommend to shop around for the best prices. A quite and pleasant stay, just don't expect it to match anything like the bigger hotels and as I said, treat it as bed and breakfast and you won't be disappointed. Oh and there's free WiFi and a PC to use!

Good decent hotel..value for money..room service is good and mr.krishnan doing excellent job.
U can get here variety for breakfast n meal.

It's an amazing hotel. Services have been great. Staff is very cooperative as well. The only issue is that it's far from most of the tourists' attractions. They however compensate by offering a shuttle service

Excellent hotel. Everything is impeccable. Housekeeping staff is amazing with lovely smiles.you can basically enjoy life without leaving the hotel premises. Very grateful to Mr. Abu for attention and care. He have gone the extra mile in making the guests feel as kings, and thanks to room boy sitaram for professional service and reception courteous service. Feel as home. Big thanks guys..

The stay over here was very good. Rooms were well maintained. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. House keeping team lead by Abhu did a fantastic job. Kudos to the house keeping team. I really enjoyed my stay over here!!!

Short but excellent stay. Friendly staff at Reception and in restaurant. Small but clean room. Parking is available so no issues there . Breakfast was good. They have a pool but we didn't use as weather was cold in the evening. Thank you and we will be back soon

Not bad.
Rooms could have been furnished in a mush smarter way.
Service is good.
I like the Costa coffee kiosk. It has a good variety of good food. As for the coffee it is the Costa standard which i am not a fan of but should admit that this is the best thing they have at Premier Inn.

I stayed here when I needed to get away from my apartment for a weekend and focus on finishing a project. It helped me achieve this purpose. Quiet and secluded. Had the basic facilities you would expect from an hotel of this caliber. I did have a weird episode while parking my car behind the hotel, which I reported to the security and I believe they addressed it.
Also, went to one of their ladies nights and really enjoyed the food and music though they ran out of the menu options a bit quickly (before 9).response / report this review -

Good value for money, friendly staff, good rooms, 30 minute drive from Dubai airport unless you get lost in the ever changing road system that the sat navs can't even keep up with. Bar restaurant is a bit pricey but that goes for most of Dubai.

Excellent , professional and very friendly staff. Very clean and great breakfast / meals. For a budget hotel it is extremely good. There is absolutely nothing in this neighbourhood so not good for a holiday.

Clean rooms, nice bar, nice breakfast. Staff is nice also. There is 24/7 Costa café inside the hotel.
Gym is super small with no windows and the pool on the roof has concrete walls around. Makes you fill you are in a prison.

Located within the Green Community of Dubai Investment Park 1. Great Hospitality, Very good staff, they house Costa Cafe and a small Mr Toads Pub which is open quite late into night. They don't have restrictions on the number of people staying in a room although room can house 4 people easily. Overall a great hotel for short stay.

Rooms are very very small. Both fortune Park hotel and Marriott hotel are less than 1km away and offer much bigger and better designed rooms with nice views. I would much rather stay elsewhere. Staff is okay and value for hotel room is very very bad. The bed is very good but nothing else. It's only good if you're just planning on sleeping. All else is over priced and not worth the trip. Don't come with family or more than 2 people or you will be sorely dissapointed. Small, very small. Internet is very slow and bad.

A little bit of a distance from the main attractions but I guess the hotel is for guests visiting the surrounding businesses. The room was freezing and couldn't adjust the air conditioning. The TV was making a load buzzing noise so just stopped using it. The most annoying thing was the Internet connection was terrible, no good for business connectivity. The buffet dining for lunch and dinner were not good, the food was just too salty or not tasty at all. Breakfast was good as you can order fresh eggs and hash browns. The reception desk messed up my hotel to airport transport and booked the wrong time. Luckily I went down 30 mins before I did book it for and they quickly rearranged it.

Traveled with my family and we had loads of fun. The shuttle bus takes you to all the nice, fun places. We are still going to stay there anytime we come around, it was an awesome experience.
