Its a good place to stay of you visit dubai. Good spacious apartments available. Dont know the rate exactly. But will be less than those in city.

The location of this hotel is perfect. I had spent 5 days in this hotel and the experience was good enough. The hotel is well maintained and well managed. The staff ensures you have a comfortable stay. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gymnasium. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The room I took had a living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It was more like a rented apartment. The bathrooms are neat and clean with 24 hot and cold water supply. Though I advise you to not order food from the restaurant in the hotel as it is quite expensive and not worth the money. Instead go out to some nearby restaurant which offer good food for less bucks.

Good place. A friend of mine is there with family. Luckily he got an upgrade of room. From studio to 2bhk at same pricing. Huge apartment. Pool is nice. Bit away from metro but nice area. Recomended for sure

LONDON CROWN 1 HOTEL APARTMENT IS WORST HOTEL!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HERE. LOOK FOR OTHER HOTELS WHICH ARE MORE CONVENIENT, WELL SERVICE, COZY AND WORTH TO PAY.
Let me share you my experience here.
1 week before, we checked this hotel and they showed us their good room in order for us to get one. So my sister decided to booked a room. And today, October 4, 2017, we checked in and they gave us a different room from what we have seen before. They told us that the given room was SEMI-RENOVATED. So we came in the room, put our bags down and checked the environment. What we have noticed are the followings:
1. The A/C in the rooms are not working. Living area is cooler than the room.
2. Shower in the bathroom are broken.
3. Faucet in the kitchen are leaking.
4. There's no towel and their reason was it still in the laundry.
(SO I THOUGHT, IT WAS RENOVATED, HOW COME THEY DID NOT KNOW THE PROBLEMS OF THAT ROOM?)
So my sister called them and told them to transfer us in another room. First, they said that there's no available rooms. So I went down to reception area to complain and Ms. Jana told the (i dont know if he is bell boy or cleaner) to check for available rooms but he told us that the other room's A/C are also not working. (HOW COME THEY ACCEPTING BOOKINGS/CHECK-INs IF ALL A/C ARE NOT WORKING) and also Ms. Jana told him to check the 4th floor (forgot the room number) and he replied that the said room are still not yet clean and he dont want to clean also because he did not obey Ms. Jana's order to clean. They did not do anything so we decided to cancel the room. We packed our things and put in the lobby. While we were putting our things in the taxi, the 2 receptionist named Ms. Jana & Ms. Chatty (dont know the correct spelling because they dont used to wear nameplate & as per them, the company did not gave them one), they laughing at us. Abd the worst thing was they our KABAYAN! We're the same nationality but they did not help us or do anything.
So if I were you, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. FIND A GOOD ONE AND NOT THIS.response / report this review -

One of the worst stay ever. The rooms are dirty, bathroom stinks and they have managed to get some old, used appliances probably bought at a flee market. Guess what you could relive your childhood if you were born in the 70s, especially with the massive TV sets, yeah the huge Panasonic and Sharp. Be careful, these TV sets could kill you if they fall on you.They have the worst house keeping ever. If it's not for to swanky well kept reception area and probably some Photoshoped pics online, I don't think anyone would want to checkin to this place. For the price they charge you can much better stay around here. There is nothing London or far worse Crown about this place.
