The service, value for my buck, location and most of all the staff.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days during our first week in April, 2022. After we checked in,. I received a phone call from the reception if I
wanted an extra bed for my daughter and sure enough it was sent to our room a few minutes later. All the staff are very helpful from restaurant staff to valet attendees. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and it won't be for long..

I give millennium plaza a 5 star review! From the first moment we arrived to book our room Gad was so helpful and offered us a Beautiful room at an even better price than we had seen on booking.com. Half way through our stay we had to change our flight and head home early,
Yehia was so helpful and accommodating through our
stressful situation.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be staying at millennium Plaza on all my return trips to Dubai! Thank you for making my first visit to Dubai so enjoyable, smooth and luxuriousresponse / report this review -

My stay in the Millennium Plaza hotel was exquisite. I was really happy and astonished with the superior level of service and hospitality and help of the staff working in the hotel. I am very thankful to all of them specially Mr Michael Alfred who was always of great help.
The location of the hotel makes you feel comfortable and have direct access to everywhere.
I will definitely consider this hotel as my first choice when I come back to Dubai and I greatly advice everyone to stay in itresponse / report this review -

I have the highest appreciation of this hotel, which felt more like a home-away-from+home for me.
All the way from the management through the staff, EVERYONE are very kind, helpful and professional. A guest feels as a VIP at the same time as a family. The facility itself is great, rooms excellent, food great etc. If anything tops the facility it's the amazing team that creates the most wonderful experience at Millennium Plaza.

One of the best hotels hotels ever to stay in, had great experience and staff were very friendly. Large extremely comfortable rooms with great views. Recommend all to try it.

I missed my new Boy friend ..long time we meet here..due to my annual leave..15 Nov 2020 to 06 Dec 2020. days then probably will finalize his issue..now planning to listen to him while he is talking..thank him for his time with me.. am proud of him ..when i talk he give me his attentions..happy to have honest friend form Holand..his name like Mr.Paul..35 years old..cool guy..small talk..mostly causal ..by my cheer ladder i will ( your passion) ..still Networking Professionally.

Central as well as good location & nice home away from home with all needed amenities.
Just across the road..you'll get into Metro Station to get you anywhere in Dubai.
Also, there are a good number of fast foods, restaurants, pharmacies, stores and bureau de change around.for your convenience.
The only snag is their breakfastthough its B&B (although the restaurant staff are very friendly & professional), but its the same set of food served dailyso get ready to pay more to have your meals prepared on order 😉response / report this review -

The manager Michael is just amazing. He took it upon himself to make sure that I was extra taken care off during my trio. He even went out of his way to arrange drop off and pick up for the 3 days I went to the beach. If you are staying at the Millenium ask for Riyaz. He is one of the staff there and he is simply a heaven sent human being. Many thanks to Riyaz for being so polite, sweet and helpful

Seems to be a great Hotel although I didn't not stay here but went for an interview so can't really tell about the hotel but surrounding is great, just beside metro station makes it very accessible. Many offices, supermarkets, restaurants near by. It's great happening place with posh locality. 5 stars for location and accessibility only not for the actual Hotel experience. Parking could be a problem yet times.

It's awesome 😍 ..would like to visit again. .There is a tempting silence which gives a nice ambience ..You will get that privacy you expect..Excellent customer service. ..All the employees from reception till house keeping all are very pleasant and pleasing behavior. Top five star hotel. Amazing view from both sides: sea and towers. Very clean rooms, super breakfast, kind staff and wonderful pool. Close to metro station and restaurants. Highly recommend gor honeymoon!

Excellent service, clean and well maintained, any services required on just a call they will respond immediately. Food and stay both are good with a nice view to busy Shaik Said road. The best part is the access to metro, its just in front of metro east door, just step out of hotel cross a small road(No traffic-single lane service road), in front of you is Emirates tower metro station entrance. Taxis are easily available and very easy too go airport in short time, all malls near by can be easily accessed with metro service. Lot of branded coffee shops are in close perimeter of the hotel.

This was the best hotel i have stayed in by far. 5 star hotel, very clean and professional service. great location with the metro right outside the door, which is perfect to travel right across the city. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby to eat from and also supermarkets and groceries. The staff were very helpful, they were very quick and polite at all times to my needs such as getting bedding changed, sweeping up the floor, printing return boarding pass and requesting breakfast (delicious by the way!) There is a lovely pool with a hot jacuzzi in the hotel. They also have free Wifi in the rooms and nice restaurants within. Choose a high room with the city view to fully appreciate this amazing hotel! 10 out of 10! will be back i promise.

We had a nice view of the downtown area from the 18th floor. We stayed there 23-26 jan.2018. Had a great time and pleasant stay. Room is well maintain, clean and i love the beddings. We will go back in Dubai and stay at M Hotel.

Very elegant and luxury hotel. Breakfast is very testy and everyone will find something delicious. At 11 floor is open air swimmingpool with amazing view on the city. I had my room at 59 floor - the view was like from postcard! Fantastic!

Room is big, toiletries provided but no toothbrush n toothpaste. Had a meeting here, food are ok. Only hickup i got was the projector was not working properly. Other than that, it was a great place, next to metro, pharmacy, medical center, and market. Lots of fast food and restaurants next buildings

Great team, meticulous timing and very professional. I called in to ask if they can fix my P9 broken screen, I was called and informed about price as promised. later I dropped the phone to their office where Harish and Saikat were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed there few weeks ago for 10 days. The staff are very friendly, helpful and totally professional. Couldn't fault anyone or anything in any way. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Dubai for holiday or business.
In particular one staff member known as Nawal was a true credit to the hotel. She's been the most pleasant person I've ever come across in dealing with customer relations. 5 Stars to the hotel and Nawal.response / report this review -

Make sure to include the free breakfast in your booking. They had a diverse selection to choose from. Room service is super fast.
I'm not sure if it's how things are in this part of world but I didn't find hair dryer and microwave in the room,minor inconvenience but rest everything was fine.response / report this review -

Millennium Plaza Hotel provide meeting rooms for business, companies, offices, training.
Really was a great deal.
They provide breakfast and lunch buffet with all food you are thinking about.

Good hotel and quiet convenient from metro. Stayed at 61st floor, awesome view of the sea. However, main road is preferable if you are ok with little noise.

Great location, great staff. Only downside is the lifts during the morning rush. I waited up to 10 minutes for a ride down. Pool is lovely, gym is well equipped, metro is literally in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, luxourious, with large clean rooms and very nice bathrooms. The staff was friendly, although, very slow on checking in. The breakfast was amazing and the pool excellent. Its located right next to a metro station and there are nice restaurants nearby.
