We got the deal of 4 days in March 2018, I stayed with my mother. The cheapest deal got us moderately good experience. Room was very small and Air Conditioning was not working. In the middle of the night we called room service and they changed the room, the other room was quite big with balcony, the washroom was very small with noisy sliding door. Another minus was the internet which gives us headache, every day the password got changed and we have to call reception for the password for each of our devices. We paid for the deal with Breakfast which was below average. Their CMS system was not updated that’s why their restaurant head kept us waiting for 10 mins and after we got confirmation from reception, they allowed. Later other days the waiter comes to us every day and ask if we have paid or not, we observed he was not asking this to any white tourists.

The positives were the housekeeping service was very good, AC in new room was great, outside view was amazing, Reception staff was quite friendly and even pick calls in middle of the night, and the room was quiet and no smoking traces.

TV was not working, AC couldn't be turned off and in other room was not working, paid wifi .. the only advantage was its price

Worst hotel i’ve ever been !! 1.heater for shower not working. 2.small and dirty room. 3. They are not cleaning the room daily. 4.very poor wifi access every now And then you have to ask the reception for the password. 5.telephone not working. 6.very poor maintenance 7.receptionist dont have a customer service care Over all rating 0/10, not recommendable to friends and other people,1star is too high for them to give

They very helpful, but you need to ask them to clean your room. The information desk gives discounted rates on all theme park tickets which is amazing.

They only allow married couples or friends with similar nationalities to check-in and we were asked to book another room even though we did not use it just to show we are checking in different rooms. I totally understand the reason behind such policy but after I told them that my friend is coming with me from Saudi Arabia and she actually works in Saudi and she is not what they think but they still refuse to let us check-in that is why I am giving this hotel a 2 stars only. In addition, the rooms are too small.

I stayed in this hotel for 15 days.Right behind rigga metro station.Has valid parking.Rooms are bit small and roof is low.
