This is a pretty comfy place. The location is excellent as Union metro station is just 300 meters away. Rooms are cleaned daily, the place is also very clean overall.
Currency exchange, spa, cafe and restaurants are available at the hotel.

We can go any place in dubai using public transport. Bcz this hotel near to Metro station, bus station and dubai creek.

Rooms were good. Location: it is in a crowded part of old Dubai, close to Bani Yas Square. It must be convenient for those coming to Dubai to visit the wholesale shops for garments, spare parts, electronics, foot wares, etc. The metro stations at Baniyas and the Union station contributed in dramatically reducing the traffic. it is really convenient to drive there now. Parking is not available, reception is basic and appearance from outside. not impressive

Don't know why it is 3 star hotel. I think 1 star was enough. Not that much clean. No parking. Chines shampoo. This is old hotel. Just few item available for breakfast and lunch. But because they serve mostly for persian guests, they cook persian food which are good. Also its near union metro which let you go anywhere u want easily.

It's very good budget hotel in deira good clean and staff is very friendly always ready to help specially there I think manager Mr.Asif and Mr.Adam and Mr. Rehan they are always to ready to help
Very near to union metro and Algurer shopping mall
If I will say this hotel is in the heart of city is perfect place to accomdate in our budget

A comfortable place. It has Deira metro station, that has both the red and green lanes, at a walkable distance. You also have Al Rigga street, rather call it, Eat street. You can see all kinds of fast food restaurants.
A great place for tourists who wish to explore the great city.

Good staff but very bad hotel. 20 Drh (Aed) for one day Internet. Food quality is not desirable I DO NOT recommend it at all.
