Rooms are very neat and clean
Bur dubai bus station is nearby
Good service
Located between Ghubaiba and Al Fahidi metro station but little far
And if you are connected persons 😂
You have to pay for Wi-Fi in Rooms but
Wi-Fi in lobby is free

Very unfriendly staff. Below average ambience. Rooms were okay at best. No wifi in the rooms, you will have to pay extra for WiFi. No attenders to help carry luggage during check in/out. Extremely slow and outdated check in process.

Best advise would be to not visit this place.

Quite outdated and a little unkept. Reception staff not always friendly and courteous. The room itself was comfortable enough. Decent Air Conditioners and comfortable bed.

Entrance to the hotel not very nice at all. Depends on how much you're willing to pay. As a cheap hotel, it's passable.

Best place to reside at lesser cost. The place is reachable to all of the venues by bus or by Metro by a switch. The two limitations should have been taken care by the hotel. WiFi should be available everywhere and the breakfast should be complimentary.

There is bus stop near to the hotel or you can also go to the main bus stop Al Ghubaiba bus station its only 5 minutes walk from the hotel .. if you want to go Burj Khalifa , Emirates Mall or JBR use the bus stop outside the hotel and take a bus going burjuman metro station and if you want to go Jumairah Beach then you have to take a bus from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station
Its easy nowadays if you use UBER OR CAREEM . This hotel is a best place for people who want to stay in the middle of the city where you can easily access banks malls restaurants public transport hospital clinics pharmacies indian markets old and new souk even major consulates are near to this hotel for example Pakistani Consulate Indian Consulate Jordan Consulate American Consulate British Consulate Saudi Arabian Consulate .. Major Shopping mall near to this place is Carrefor Shindiga City Centre , Burjuman Shopping Centre And Ansar Gallery .

Early check-in is not available even though the room is ready, you can check in early only if you pay extra full rate for one night.
If guests have different nationalities, they can not book only 1 room for 2 persons. But if you book 2 rooms and stay together in only 1 room, they don't mind.

I have been staying with Panorama Grand , Bur Dubai for past 10 years almost every alternate month for a week . My experience has been very good with this place. They have excellent staff, very courteous and very helpful. Mr.Kabir- (Manager Operations ) of the property takes personal care of the guest. They make immediate correction if needed. They also try to accommodate people well. Location is too good. Everything is nearby.. heart of the city.. I strongly recommend Panorama Grand to all For family stay it is a good place. Breakfast is good.. try 1st floor restautant

One of my friend was staying here during her visit to Dubai. I did not like the hotel for following reasons: Decor is very old style. I felt like I'm in some old indian hotel. Wifi is not available in room. My friend had to go to hotel lobby on ground floor to connect. Seating is not enough is lobby. This hotel was unlike Dubai.

Beware even if you book rooms in this hotel. They will not confirm until you reach the hotel. It may be possible that when you reach to hotel with your confirmation they will refuse to give you room. And some pretty face will tell you that "sorry sir sorry sir you booking is not confirmed "
