It's cheap for a reason. You can get much better accommodation for a bit more money. The rooms are not clean. The smell of cigarette smoke is heard throughout the building. The bath tubs are not cleaned and stained. I canceled my booking and paid the fine. It was worth paying the fine and getting the hell out of there.

Very good value to money. Location is very good because of easy access to Metro and very close to Al Ghurair shopping Center. Close to Dubai central area like Bani Yas Square. It has parking facility but you have to pay for which is very necessary if you have a car. Hotel rooms are spacious and room service is acceptable.

Bad experience . Couldn’t stay more than 15 mins very bad smell in the room I think it’s for the people need 3rd class night life with pub and girls..not for stay ..

A Very Good Hotel near to Salah Al Din Metro Station and Bus Stop. Has almost 5 Dance Clubs. Reef Mall and Al Ghurair Centre is nearby.
The Only problem with this Hotel is WiFi. The WiFi Connectivity and speed is the worst

Horrible service. There is no internet connection and when ask they threatened us to leave without a refund. The receptionist said he is not bothered to give a solution and also mentioned if we wanted a new room withninternet we had to wait till 1'00 p.m or leave without a refund. I am surprise to see a service so bad :(

1 star because it is too expensive for what it is. This is not an hotel but a place with at least 4 nightclubs where there are bedrooms. The sound is so high that I could here it at the 4th level (don't forget your Bose handset). There is a dark and weird bar in the hotel next to the lobby. This is a shabby hotel to me.
What I like :
* the fresh orange juice and espresso is not so bad.
* you baggages are taken from the taxi to your bedrrom.
* nearby the metro
What I dislike :
* the cleaning is approximative (there is dust in my bedroom, stains on the bedsheets. The plastic cover is still on the lampshade).
* bed and chairs are not comfy (I have a back pain).
* TV doesn't work very well (the image is not clear and very few )
* go somewhere else for the food.
* free wifi in the lobby. This is very slow.
* avoid a bedroom on the big boulevard.

The location is very nice: just a few steps from the Salah Al Din metro station. The stuffs are friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long for the check-in. The only cons was the bathroom was too small in our room (I believe it varies). You can find super markets and restaurant in the neighborhood. Overall a very nice hotel in a nice location.

Unfortunately, one of the two lifts was not working, and another one was very slow. It was bit disappointment. Breakfast was not great either, I was below average.
Room Tip: Ask for a room that has a decent size bathroom. Ours was too tiny.
