Rooms were ok. Cleanliness also average. Hotel is economical and located at an excellent place. The metro station of Burjuman is connected with both red and green lines.

Well maintained and pleasent stay.

Decent apartments. There are few low-range and mid-range restaurants nearby. BurJuman metro station is a minutes walk from the hotel.

Friendly staff apart from few cold people. Old Hotel but OK for Budget Travellers and Business people. Very close to Burjuman and AL Fayidhi Metros. Fatima Hyper Mall and few other Shopping malls close by. MTR Restaurant close by.

Situated Near Burjman Metro Station Exit 3 and Al Fahidi Metro Station Exit 2 Mankhool Road, Bank Street, Bur Dubai.

I simply could not forget this hotel during my 3 month stay on visit. fantastic hotel, Hotel with 2 bedroom kitchen appartment. Very big rooms. Nice bedroom. very clean hotel. Even though small swimming pool in the hotel ground floor and spa as well, having very big fitness center. Parking is free. One can bargain in this hotel for money. In summer you will get this rate because of the heat in Dubai, one will find very less visitors. However I love to stay in this hotel because of the attractive prices. 5 mins. walk from Burjuman shoppping center (Big Mall) nearest to Metro station. Food including breakfast is simply amazing. Very very good breakfast.

Location is all what this hotel could offer you the best, otherwise overall an ordinary hotel. This hotel is not suitable for business travellers. If you are a tourists and looking for cheap option at a decent Location, this could be an option for you.

Very good hotel apartment. Great house keeping, customer care and cleanliness. Manager is a very good guy. Focussed towards quality and satisfaction of both short term and long term customers. Great metro accessibility to both green and red lines.

Rooms are decently good both size wise and quality work though looks a little old and could do with a little refurnishing. The imperial dragon restaurant below is a great option if you want some good Chinese food.

It was the worst experience staying in this hotel last month July'2016
Hotel breakfast was pathetic just a waste of moneyroom condition was also not gudtoilet commode was brokenmicrowave was not working although it was on bedsheets caused itchingtelephone was one sided means only u can call and you cannot attend any incoming calls as it was not ringingwe complained and a person came to check but no further action was taken. all friendstuff n family those who were visiting n calling were told that we are away because we were not attending calls.I do not recommend this hotel to any1 . totally wastage of money.

We stayed in Imperial hotel Appartment in July'2016 and it was the worst experience this timebreakfast was pathetic. room condition was not goodmicrowave was not working..washing machine glass broken,toilet commode was broken,bedsheets were seems to be clean but caused itching,blankets were too old tv remote was not workingthe most worst thing happens that room telephone was not ringing and we were not able to communicate with our friends and family even the guest those who came to see went without meeting us coz the phone was not ringing even we complained and the concern person came but they didn't fixed it. no free InternetI don't recommend this hotel to any1.

strategically located hotel apartments in Bur Dubai area, near Bank Street and having a Burjuman mall and burjuman metro station closely available.

it is a very big mall having all all the facilities and roof top food court and burjuman metro station is having both red and green line metro rails so you are connected to whole dubai
