Good hotel with excellent food . Recommend strongly for functions weddings parties and other celebrations. They go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. The food is of a high standard. Take care in buffets as a tendency to overlook the meaning s which get tough strongly and almost inedible

Probably the best 5 star hotel in Dubai. Excellent service and food quality. Good rooms and good staff. Highly recommended. Beware- the check in may take longer than usual at odd times

Great choice of restaurants and a fine ambiance makes this a must visit. Conveniently connected to the wafi mall, it is a great stop after a long day of shopping, too. Make sure to check out the Italian restaurant, as it was named the best Italian in Dubai many times by timeout.

Gorgeous hotel with all the amenities and the level of service you might expect. The pool bar was great as well as the spa. Great room service options. View from the windows was okay.

Stayed here last weekend for my birthday with a bunch of friends. The hotel absolutely blew it out of the park with how they treated us all.

They made me feel so special for the entire time I was there. Highlights included a stunning black forest cake from their pastry chef, their team surprising me wit ha happy birthday serenade, and the stunning views the hotel had across Dubai.

I can't quite recommend the place enough - everything from the quality of the beds, to the room sizes, the bathrooms, the views, the food, the staff, the spa, and the pool - it all makes you never want to leave. I've been here many times before, and I'll keep coming back as long as they maintain this impeccable standard!

Raffles hotel near Wafi Mall is a five star hotel. Had lunch today at Azure restaurant. Decent food and ambiance. Just like any other five star hotels in the city.

I really loved my stay here!! The concierge was super helpful and the lady Safi was nice when I needed recommendations. The massage package was good too.. I had direct access to the mall which was super cool. The breakfast was really nice and the Japanese restaurant at the top oh the VIEW!!!! Super like.

The staff are very friendly , this hotel though is a bit dull but occasionally nice to visit , the Japanese restaurant at top floor is really good for sushi lovers ..
also the health club they have is a great place for relaxing nothing much here , but good area to run away from the crowd

Good hotel, good location. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Mattress and pillows are a bit uncomfortable. But overall the room is great and state of art with amazing technology 👍

The hotel was lovely, but obviously, being Ramadan, food choices were a little limited. However, Crossroads saved us, but looks like it could do with a little makeover. The tables are not ideal for eating and a mix of sofas and better dining tables would improve the place - a little spruce up too.
That said, the breakfast dining area is lovely.
And the thing that really stood out for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they were all just amazing.
Loved the room as well!

We only stayed 2 nights but wish that it had been longer. Your staff helped to make our stay fantastic by being so welcoming & helpful, especially your concierge, Anthony. His enormous smile, & bright personality made a great impression on us. He wasn't formal, instead was relaxed & very friendly, without overdoing it. He was happy to have his photo taken - 'But let me get my hat first!' We were pleased that he was on duty the morning we left so that we could say Goodbye to him.

On our arrival, Riesa, at reception, looked after us very well, making sure that everything was under control before we headed to our room.

Our room was amazing, so spacious, & well designed. Thought had even been put into the angle of the bed so that we could see out to the view in the morning & the lights in the evening. It was a shame that we didn't have time to enjoy the balcony. Everything that we could possibly need or want was provided.

Your buffet breakfast was superb. You cater for everyone, regardless of culture. It is a shame that there was more available than we could consume! The range of fruit was amazing. And the bread & pastry section was overwhelming. We were interested in a local food at the right hand side of this section but were having trouble getting it onto our plates. So one of your staff came to help us, explaining how to add
the other ingredients on the top. Whatever it was, it was delicious.

When we became aware that we were being picked up at 6 am on our final morning, & that the breakfast buffet would not be open, Reception put me through to In-house Dining. It was arranged that breakfast would be delivered to our room at 5.15 am, & it arrived precisely at that time.

The butler & breakfast couldn't be faulted. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but it started with 'M'. He suggested where we could sit & arranged the table & chairs accordingly, then proceeded to serve us. We expected a breakfast tray, so were surprised, & amazed, to see such a large trolley set as though we were in the dining room. The food was exactly as ordered with extras as well. The cut up fruit was beautifully presented on sticks as well as separately, We hope that we have the opportunity to experience room service at such a high standard again.

We never had the opportunity to look around your hotel & all the facilities, so it would be wonderful to stay again & have a bit more time.

Raffles is a beautiful hotel with courteous and attentive staff.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment we have is that we found the afternoon tea and evening canape food was reduced in selection, quantity and quality since our last visit. My husband and I do not drink alcohol and previously enjoyed the amazing food on offer, but not this time. We will not be booking a club room for our next visit because of this.

Overall things were great. Impressive property and friendly staff. The Friday brunch was very nice and the spa/poolside staff were great.
Unfortunately our room was not ready upon check in at 4pm, despite prior email confirmation that we would arrive at 3. Also when we got into the room the minibar/refreshment area was completely empty.
Otherwise it was an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Top service, top accommodation, convenient location accessible to all main attractions and handy for quick trips to adjoining Wafi mall. Excellent spa, pool, afternoon tea, breakfast, concierge, club facilities including meeting room, check in and check out. The decor is opulent and tasteful. Lobby pots and plants are gorgeous, as is the lobby waterfall. Staff are amazing. I would visit again. Superb!

Staff: all are absolutely great.
Rooms: very sophisticated.
Food: tried breakfast and I liked it, but I think it needs more variety.
Location: great being very close to highway and connected to a very big mall with many shops and restaurants.
Transportation: regular taxi and luxury ones are always available.

Beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful stay at their lovely Ambassador Suite with huge balcony offering nice surrounding views. The breakfast buffet was good but service needs more improvement.

Club lounge was nice too but small however the crew were so nice and friendly - welcome you with genuine smile and always ready to assist you.

Spa facilities is okay but upgrade is needed especially the gym - outdated and small.

We loved their swimming pool. Overall, our stay was good..
