Location is great. Less than 5 minutes walk to business bay metro station. The apartment is clean and spacious, but needs some update. The breakfast buffet is okay. Nothing special about it

I traveled solo from the US and was very pleased with the accommodations. My unit had 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full-size fridge-freezer, stove, pots, pans, china, silverware and a washer dryer. Housekeeping was very thorough on a daily basis including washing the pots and pans. Pool and gym are very nice as well. Two supermarkets in walking distance less than 3 min walk. Parking is free. Very close to metro, taxi stand outside, and internet connection is great so you can use Uber. Bank with ATM right next door.

Perfect hotel for a small family and also a big family. The room size of a 2BHK is huge!!! Almost the size of a big suite in normal hotels. It is also way cheaper tgan a normal suite hotel room. The restaurant is also very good, it provides a lot of variety and the quality is top notch. Overall i loved this place in terms of its price range, all the amenities and the accessibility from this area to all key places in Dubai.

Good value and good sized rooms. Like so many in Dubai the apartment lacks a lot of basics that would make staying and cooking a little difficult however, compared to the price of some hotels, you are getting a lot for your money. The car park is a little tight however there is a warning on the entrance that cars over a certain size shouldn't attempt entry. I have a Ford Expedition and had no real problems if i held my breath and closed my eyes on occasions.
The location if ideal if you want to use the metro as well. Just over 5 min walk to Business Bay stop and a couple of local supermarkets to stock up on supplies. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue in the under £100 category of apartments.

Excellent place for FAMILY, accessible to all (transportation and grocery, plus pharmacy both 24 hrs open) staff were friendly, polite and Housekeeping personnel were reliable and efficient..i would choose this hotel again the next time me and my family will come to Dubai.

Really nice. Its nearby a metro station, clean and you get plenty of space for a reasonable price. Our appartement was huge, but a little empty to be honest. Staff is friendly and the elevators are really quick. Pool is little small but does the trick.

We booked 3 rooms apartment, not big, rooms are narrow, the couches barley hold 5 people.

WiFi signal is weak and not stable.

Swimming pool and gym are outside the building.

Very bad for many reasons:
1. The ventilation system is bad. Once the AC turns on, you can smell what other rooms are cooking/ eating.
2. The room service is very slow. You have to be patient when you order food, and you will get it cold.
3. Most important, my flight was at night, they did not let me stay one single hour after 2 pm without charging. The front desk supervisor was very rude.

Very nice hotel apartment. Very neat and clean and also very close to the Dubai mall. Overall it is a true value for money and also time as it is on the main sheik zayed road due to which saves lot of time and also is good option if you just want to visit Dubai mall and the city.

The worst hotel ever! The last time I been to Dubai was 12 years ago and now is my first visit. The hotel staff is not friendly and room service is very very bad. What a waste of money! Rooms are not as expected. I sure you that you should not book in this hotel! You will regret if you stay. What a waste of money! What a waste of money!
