You must visit the hoteland while there you must look for this lady Cecelia.she so helpful and professional.near Dubai Mall..the rooms here very spacious..very cleanand many amenities are included..I'm impressedI must come again

Very nice the room and there's washing machine if you want to wash your clothes. You can cook also if you want. All the utensils are free to use when you stay

Close enough to walk to Dubai mall but could never walk back 😄always too tired and carrying many bags it seems longer so we always took a cab back. Two bedroom appts are spacious and comfy. Room service is horrible tried everything on their menue just use talabat if ur not eating out or cooking.

Constructions all around so impossible to walk to the mall although it’s a few meters away. No hot water for 2 days. Rooms aren’t cleaned properly. The pictures on many websites haven’t been updated, there is no more panoramic view over the city from the pool as a new building was built just in front. I don’t know where they got they 5 stars from.

Currently surrounded by a construction site as other hotels are being built around the hotel. I am sure on completion of the building works, the hotel will be more satisfactory. On the positive side, there is a shuttle bus that runs hourly to the Dubai mall which is a 20 minute walk (walk was around the construction area). It took us 2 minutes when we went on our car car. Breakfast was a bit bland in contrast to our experiences in previous hotels. Their menu in the restaurant is quite.

I went there for a spa, gym and pool experience and it was more than amazing.
If you need anything to be done, you can speak to the lovely lady in charge Nadia and she will help.
The construction around it might be a turn off but the hotel itself is awesome and really posh!response / report this review -

The apartment is fine, location is close to dubai mall but not walkable. Beds were comfortable, service was good. The downsides - lots of construction is going on outside this building in all directions, so the balcony was quite noisy. The silver lining was that my toddler loved the construction vehicles! Also, whenever the tenants above our apartment used the toilet/bathroom, we could hear the gush of water in our bathroom which was creepy. Overall, it's wasn't bad, but I will look for other options.

It can't be any bad a swear to god, if they wanted to perfect a dissatisfaction it won't even be that bad. Unbelievable terrible experience in all means despite the disparate attempts from the king duty manager Fadi. From the operator in call centre when I called for guidance due to the terrible construction that closed all entrances to the concierge delays in response and miscommunication up to the manager trial to compensate with silly options. The room supposed to be Mall view and it appears that they don't have any room as such due to latest construction, the road to the hotel is full of construction that will damage your car if you are to reach, the room is smelly the toilet is bad and u can't shower w/o making the bathroom as a swimming pool all leakage, the fridge smells bad, housekeeping forgot the toiletries inside the sink instead of organizing, towels where not clean, valet parking will take long time to bring your car. Simply couldn't be any worst and ruined my anniversary plans

Locarion will be good in future, due to heavy construction in area is dusty now! Hotel is fair with good service, staffs are friendly!

I enjoyed my stay at one of the apartments at Damac.
It is very close to Dubai Mall.
The apartment provided a free shuttle bus to Dubai mall.
The staff were very courteous and refused to accept tips as we are not supposed to give tips in our home.

The hotel is perfect, the team is just perfectPeter welcomed me as I have ever seen before in other hotels. Ali the concierge is wonderful.The food is just awesome. Ok there is some construction around but for me it is not annoying, as you never hear them.

The current location is poor as the hotel is surrounded by extensive construction sites, therefore drowning in dust. Overall experience was fair for the price paid. The location will be good once the works are completed. The staff cleaning the rooms is kind, the reception is efficient but not going the extra mile to assist you. The one bedroom is comfortable.

Amazing team, amazing property, especially Mr Peter (one of the managers) who was extremely accommodating to our needs, especially since we were traveling with kids. We loved the property so much that we extended our stay for a couple of extra days (instead of sampling another hotel). Thank you team DAMAC Maison!

Visited in Jan. 2016, Looks really different & nice from the outside.
Very near to Dubai Mall entrance.

Decent cost, friendly staff and clean rooms. Shower food the bathroom, bar design, sprays towards the door and very tiny so use the bathtop. Overall nice place.

Nice apartments, clean and well located in the down town business centre. Customer services need improvement. Room services can take way too much time and occasionally you don't get your request.

The hotel is awesome, rooms and service are incredible. The location is however very bad. It's surrounded by constructions and the place is fully covered with white dust. That makes it very hard for someone to walk to any place. But taxi cars are always available.
