The staff are amazing, really good.
Two things ruined my stay. This is a “dry” hotel. Apart from the obvious lack of a place for a nightcap this also meant that the hotel’s restaurants were all completely empty and therefore lacking atmosphere.
The second is the lack of any outside space, other than the car park.response / report this review -

Nice hotel The hotel is in downtown, a 5-minute walk from a metro station and a 15-minute walk from Dubai Mall. Large and spacious rooms, attentive staff who make sure you enjoy your vacation. The complex has a gym, a pool on the roof of the hotel, there is a bar and several restaurants. Suitable for families with children as well as for young people

Amazing property and very courteous staff, large variety of breakfast in the morning. Super clean and very organized property. This is going to be my go to hotel whenever I am in Dubai.

Amazing stay and lovely staff. To be honest the professional warm staff from reception, concierge, restaurant, and even at the elevator attitude made our stay a bliss. Though the atmosphere of the hotel might be a bit old, however, the staff and amazing food make the stay totally worth it.

This hotel Is great. Excellent staff, location and F&B are exceptional. The hotel Rooms do though have a comedic quirk. The room has a safe (great idea) . But to use the safe you must swipe a credit card to both close snd open the safe. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a room safe. So strange.
