I stayed here on my first trip to Dubai.
The breakfast buffet was amazinggggg!
The pool is at the rooftop giving you a mix or warm and chill.
Very comfy and welcoming lobby.
The staff were very friendly and ready to answer any questions.

Poor service, especially Pakistaní woman on the reseption is extremely rude and unprofessional. This kind of staff give for clients only negative feelings. Never gonna visit this hotel again and don’t recommend for anyone!

Medium grade, not like a real 4-star hotel. Very good for Indian or phillipinian nation due to types of foods, breakfast, clubs and staffs.
Near to metro station and ancient part of Dubai.
A lot of voices and noises from night clubs and next doors.

My experience with the place and staff was too good. Sufyan, zuber, Samuel and jawed were very helpful and cooperative.
Location is also ideal as it is hardly 5 min away from Al rigga metro station and numerous restaurants. We used to have meals at peshawar star pakistani restaurant which was very reasonable and with good taste too.
Place is not on main road that's why it is very peaceful as well

great value for money, staff was very cooperative, the rooms were tidy and spacious, and above all it located in the heart of the city can find 24 7 marts and places to eat nearby, metro 2mins walk away and cabs always waiting outside the door. will surely stay again at GCHD.

The worst hotel , i have ever been in my entire life. DONT GO or REFRET!! Mr Arif , night shift Manager is so rude to customer as he charged me for missing mini red wine which I never had it. He said he will call police of AED 55 which is £9 for me was not a big deal but from customer perspective I was mugged off! Such a rude, unprofessional and inhuman manager should be sacked to save the loyal customers like me. Now on I will never stay in the hotel until Mr Arif is in the hotel. His way of talking and conduct was total disgrace !!! BEWARE!

A very shady place offering services to pleasure seekers primarily. The hotel offers four clubs with women, wine and what not for all kinds of 'customers'. Additionally a massage parlor is located at the top floor right outside the rooms offering all kinds of 'services'

The service is quite pathetic with below par level of food, restaurant staff and room services. Don't expect to get any courtesy right from the reception staff to the senior managers/supervisors. The daily breakfast is better left uneaten as the food quality, variety and quantity is pathetic as compared to regular Dubai standards.

Not at all a family place and neither a business traveller paradise. Not recommended

Very poor and uncooperative staff. We have been checked in @2pm despite arriving @1215pm and had to wait 45 min in lobby. Housekeeping also hesitated to provide extra pillows. The issued tissue papers were limited to 1 only. The complimentary water was informed to us that its free on first day only.

Worst the fridge does not work and not cooling at all !!!

To my surprise is that when a toilet is flushed above our room you can here water dripping !?!?

Old hotel and not the best place to live in. Not worth the 4* they have. The low tarrifs are due to there low occupancy. There is a AED20/- fee to use the valet parking even when you are going to stay at the property. Why, never got the answer! Staff not trained. All in a lathargic and casual mood.

this hotel used to be one of my favorite hotels in Dubai .on my recent stay there I noticed some things were changed. for example the attitude of the receptionist was terrible upon arrival at this hotel. rude , unfriendly, unhelpful lacking public relations skills to a point that I decided to look for another hotel on the first day of my arrival at this place. so the first day there was also my last day there . I managed to find another hotel with friendly staff much nicer ambiance and skilled receptionists to deal with.so I will never stay at grand central hotel in Dubai again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dubai is a fun city to visit just be careful which hotel you choose to stay without having to deal with rude and unhelpful poor attitude hotel staff.

To be honest the hotel is beautiful with amble amount of light and vegetation on the inside and the staff cant be any nicer they are great! The only down fall to it is just the internet it keeps on crashing and going off for 30-45 minutes in different times of the day, add to that, its not like other hotels on as long as you have your wifi on. In grand central you have to login ever couple days using subscription cards provided by the staff, so its a hassle, but other than that I would actually recommend this hotel as to its cheap price compared to surrounding hotels.

Very good hotel and room except there was no cold water at all so if you were hot because of the Dubai weather and wanted to take a cold shower you could just lay down on the floor with the A/C on to cool down instead of taking a cold shower.

Not informed about the 3yes 3 clubs they have in there. No sleep from the thumping until 3am and not great when it's a work trip and need to be up and also for a morning flight out. Stayed here once and never again. Other visits have stayed in other hotels and told other work collegues to do the same

I had a bad experienced in this hotel. Before checkin (toilet bowl is dirty/room 6020). Poor Hospitality, Poor Service, Bad smell in the room and the night duty manager (Arif) is very rude!
manager. First time i encountered a manager like him. I think he needs a proper training specially as manager. I will definitely not to recomend this hotel
