Park Rotana epitomizes quality and comfort that promises to spoil you with luxury. Situated near Ministerial Complex with the Grand Sheikh Zayad Mosque in perpetual attention bringing forth a tranquility with beauty, it is a guaranteed value for money. The front desk ensures that the check in takes less than 5 minutes. The room clean, the bed soft and towels plenty. Their minibar had a wide variety of drinks and the housekeeping staff ensures that it's refilled as soon as possible. The hotel's breakfast has many options to choose from and I must admit it was neither easy to decide nor possible to try out everything. But if you miss it after a long sleep over, try ordering their All Day Breakfast. It's yummy, filling and flattering. (Also provided in Trip Advisor)

The hotel over booked by 28 rooms. When we arrived late at night with a group of parent's and kids all under 10. It took over an hour to tell us we had no rooms for parents or kids and that an alternative hotel 30 mins. away was ready. The hotel failed to understand we selected this hotel because of its location. A lot of very frustrate parents and a number of teams were left without rooms and had to make last minute arrangements at midnight. Very poor customer services and the complete situation was handled very poorly by the Rotana.

I just had an issue with hotel. My company booked me 5 nights at the hotel, the booking covored multiple things such as laundry, three meals at the hotel restaurant and ( ANY CHOICE OF SOFT DRINKS AND FRESH JUICES FROM THE ROOM SERVICE ). However, disappointedly, when i ordered a soft drink from my room, they tried to charge me for it. Even though i explained my company's booking setuation, they insisted that i have to pay for that. After talking and talking to the receptionist and the manager, they excused by saying that the system was lagging and they couldnt check my reservation correctly. How about that !!!!!!

Honestly this hotel is perfect. This area offers a lot of good options, but this 5 star hotel is sufficient enough to don't make you think twice if you want to stay again.

The hotel is very good I find that the UAE has lots of 5-star hotels which truly do not meet 5-star standards in comparison to the USA. This hotel probably does as good a job as a superb 4-star back in the USA. The conference halls are resourceful and setup very well. The food is decent and the staff treats you very nice. Many other 5-star hotels in the UAE do not do this well.
