We had paid for the queen suite but when we asked for twin beds we were given a twin room which is much shabby and supposed to be much cheaper and we were not compensated by any discount or anything complimentary. Plus we got the bill in wrong name some to correct it it costed my 25 mins of ISD calling over two weeks. The breakfast isn't appetizing at all.

Rooms are clean and well furnished. Food of the restaurant is not up to the mark in comparison with it's standard. Location is also good.

2. WiFi is very bad, sometimes non existent
3. Not a family place, if you are with family find another place
4. Food is basic, nothing much interesting
5. No proactive service from staffs
6. Maintenance of the building needs to done for all the floors

Nice good hotel with great location with small mall behind the building with cinema and supermarket. Great staff and clean. Love it here. And on the corner have a bar The Cellar, 12:00 till 21:00 happy hours. And on the second floor they have office for use computer with printer for all your work internet and scan

Not a place for peaceful sleep. Night clubs run till 3.30 to 4pm. 13 night clubs / pick up bars in this Hotel

There are many bars, but mostly are south Indian. There is no enjoyment for any north Indian. Don't go while you are with the family or children. A huge crowd of black hookers inside and outside. If you park your car in front of hotel, you will back, you will find hookers sitting on your car.
