I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were l friendly and they were able to give early check in. The bed was very comfortable. I had a massage at the spa. Not the best I've had but it was very relaxing and worth it for the price. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Not too far via taxi from Lourve Museum, bus station, or shopping.

The hotel was good from bigning since opened 8 or 9 years ago but now it's still same thing no change and it's not clean and the service bad and the channels same channels since opened and not clear '
They have only one billboy ,

Last month i had lunch and the fruits was old and smiley ,

Really the hotel not improving,

The staff in the respiton they are good ,

The parking in the basement too hot ,

Good hotel near madinat zayed shopping mall. Nice staff. But restaurant food not impressive. Also TV channels are very less.

Amazing hotel located in a very convenient area for tourism and close to interesting sightseeing places. The attention is superb, the food quality fits perfectly the politeness and disposition of the personnel. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and have all the commodities one can imagine.

Great experience. Spacious room, great staff. In the heart of the city. Remember a colombian great band playing in the upper level bar and the food was amazing.

I have been staying at this hotel first time it's close to madinat zyad shopping centre the room is big in clean very good service provider .I love it
