Beautiful hotel. If you don't feel at home and well cared for, perhaps you'll have better luck on the next planet. Spectacular service, beautiful attention to detail in my single king room.

Lighting in the room is technical and fun, though there are a few "on/off-but-still-on" master switch bugs to work out.

The breakfast is worth your money. A multinational masterpiece, the fare is suited for both substantial eaters and the lightweight grab-n-go.

Perfect hotel! The rooms are spacious, the views are breathtaking and the hotel is not too crowded but not empty. It is also not very touristy which is very nice. I stayed in the presidential suite and it was lovely the room had an amazing ambience and the staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi if you are planning to visit the city.

This hotel is truly fantastic!!! I have stayed here a number of time. Don't expect a lively hotel, but if you prefer breathtaking views and very nice rooms this is the place. Bathroom is a true masterpiece especially in Deluxe rooms. Breakfast at 18 degrees is excellent with very good selection of hot and cold dishes. Unforgettable stay at a the building holding Guinness world record for most tilting tower in the world!

Hotel is located is a spectacular tilted building. Rooms are spacious and appointed with modern stylish designed interior. Bathrooms have a bath and separate shower with good water pressure. Bathrooms have glass wall on the bedroom side, a style also found a lot in China and Thailand. Rooms have coffee and tea making facilities and large TV's, nice touch is the adapter plug in the socket near the desk in case you did not bring the UK 3 legged plugs. The hotel has a beautiful fitness area and a small and stylish pool that is a bit too short for morning workout swims. Good selection of dishes at breakfast, outside seating is also available which is nice in winter. The space inside is somewhat limited so I image that in summer it can be pretty full. Hotel is located adjacent to the convention center, with a car most sights and the airport are a 20 minute drive. Overall good hotel, very friendly and efficient staff with a good location if you have a car.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious with great views.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Good variety when it comes to breakfast, and the outside dining is very comfortable in the morning sun.

Stayed there for 3 nights, wishing it was more.

We only stayed one short night here. The staff were really friendly and the views from the room were stunning. It’s just that the hotel felt a little soulless. As we were there on the weekend, we’d figured there’d be more life around, but alas it felt as if we were the only ones there. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel, per se, but there’s definitely something missing.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the guy at the concierge and the check in person. It is obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, plus I waited very long for anyone to show up and take my order at the lounge cafe and on the top of that they refused to stamp my parking ticket. A bad experience which i never encountered in any 5 star hotel. I only gave 2 stars for the location

Surely one of the best hotel in Abu Dhabi, the building in itself is a rarity. The main structure is outside the building not inside. The rooms are gigantic, with view over Abu Dhabi, huge bathroom with showers and bath and sound from the TV or any deice you would plug in. Air con is ok. Service is very good and the food is out of this world (meant great). A bi far from everything though but who cares when you have a king size SUV and unlimited petrol.

The bar and restaurant 18 degrees had some pretty tasty fare however the service was second rate. I dined and drank there on three or four occasions and the team there really need some work. Great environment and views.

The reception is great. But to get to the main reception desk you will have to take an elevator upto the 18th floor. It was good stay.

Awesome stay in this place. high class in design and romantic room with bath merged in the room itself. Lights makes you feel so good. The sea view is incredible.
The design of the room is very rare even in the high class hotels and this because the bath has view with the room and even outside. The bed is comfortable and all lights can be controlled from the bed. The blue lights from outside gives you romantic view to the outside. I really enjoyed the 2 nights stay with them.
Only the bad thing is you have two have to lifts to go up or down since the hotel starts from 18 floor.
