Amazing experience with the family .. loved the stay and highly recommend others as well. More options for dinner will be great addition but guests can always drive 4-5 minutes away to other restaurants if required.

We have loved every moment of our stay. This is now our firm favourite hotel in the whole of the UAE. The staff ensured that my birthday was just utterly wonderful. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

An amazing stay! Modern, clean and stylish hotel, with great food to indulge. Beautiful and very well-maintained pool and beach area. And the best: The staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Particularly Mary, who took care of us during breakfast, was heartily and super well-organized. We will be back for sure!

Very far from the City Center. Cost a fortune in Taxi. Car rental is your best option. Poor Service at Reception. There is nothing to compare with Emirates Palace, The Mandarin or even Shangri-la. I do not recommend.

Our best experience till date. First to mention that service and staff is awesome. All duty managers personalized my experience. Property is out of the world, nice private beach, nice swimming pools, nice guest services like playing area for kids. Awesome spa services. Everything for this hotel was perfect. Excellent hotel but there is a but to manage your expectations Beautiful design. Modern, spacious, fresh, new, bright and good quality. The food at room service and restaurants was excellent, the pool is beautiful and the beach is clean and beautiful blue tranquil water, no jelly fish, no rocks, ideal for children, families etc. Quality is definitely there. Reception staff and restaurant staff very nice and helpful.
Here’s the but seems like it’s either too booked out (great for their business of course and it’s a great place undeniably) or too few staff. It’s a luxury resort where guests are made to act like a mass market resort. Queues at reception to check in and check out, breakfast unless your there early no chance to get an outside table, 2 staff at each food station serving a queue of 30 waiting guests, room service staff coming in and knocking at all hours, queues to get eggs, queues to get beds, everything requires waiting. The staff at the pool and beach seem so busy that they lack customer care, wait for a bed, wait to get towels, wait for over an hour to get served, something is sold out, because we didn’t come early enough. They all seem busy running around somewhere but all around us people were waiting and chasing.
Again the place is beautiful and really a nice resort, just too many people for our taste.
One last thing to mention is the pools, one for kids 👍 and one for adults 🥂 (but the adult pool is 0.9m) so don’t expect to be doing laps or exercising, nice for lounging around, pictures are misleading , the pools are small and the large pool you see on pictures is just a water feature. So it gets a little crowded and not comfortable to swim, lounging and sunbathing is perfect. Better to hit the beach.response / report this review -

Outstanding hotel with gorgeous views on the ocean. Stayed in the sea view villas: great spacious rooms and baths, attentive housekeeping and overall 5 star. The service can’t do enough to help, sometimes even a bit too much. Food and drinks are excellent.

Stunning hotel, with amazing view of the sea from reception. Rooms spotlessly Clean, housekeeping obliging all the time.
My only criticism is the fridge in the room is not very cold.
Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Staff cannot do enough for you.

An amazing 5 star hotel with a beautiful seaside view. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The Park grill serves great meat and you can get nice cocktails near the swimming pool. Kids club is great if you want to leave your child with a nanny for a few hours. Highly recommended hotel.

We booked a sea view twin room, our check-in was delayed for two hours, bell boy was very rude and disrespectful, the bathroom and the shower area in the room lacked privacy and anyone inside was completely exposed. Hotel did not live up it's 5 star status, the facilities were nothing above average and the rooms were l spacious but there was no 5 star vibe. The breakfast on the other hand was really good and the options available were satisfying.

Looks good. On the way to the hotel you would feel like going somewhere far. Gives you feeling of going away from the city, which is good.

We had an exceptional stay in the Hayatt! An amazing service, super friendly and care taking, very good food, a pool tuned perfectly to the hot weather, a continuous supply of water served by thoughtful employees. We had late flight at 2am and they let us stay free of charge in the room until 11pm.
The gym is well equipped and the beach is great, if you like body warm tempered water. We will return anytime. Thanks for the stay, Hyatt crew!response / report this review -

It's very calm and peaceful place. Very friendly and good trained stuff. Rooms are also clean, with a coffee machine( this is very important to me)
It's the best beach side in Dubai and Abu Dhabi side!!! With a perfect view and clean water and no any view breaker like a contraction, buildingsmaybe just they should to make some showers on the beach!
Swimming pools very clean and what I like more there is a pools where you can be lazy just relaxed and look to the sea! It's amazing!
I like to spend few days here far away from crowded Dubai to be relaxed

The hotel seemed a bit dated with scratches on most of the furniture. Most rooms are far from the elevators, so if you wanted to go to the beach it would take you a good 10 minutes. Service & hospitality were Excellent, but the food in general was terrible, room service food was also very basic. The beach on Saadiyat island was a highlight, pool area not really for swimming but more of a lounging area. The hotel is very kid friendly, so if you are looking for peace and quiet look elsewhere.

This is a beautiful hotel on Saadiyat Island. It is right next door to St. Regis but I would recommend the Park Hyatt. It is much quieter and peaceful, and has a more sophisticated feel to it. There are a lot more kids and families at the St. Regis, and a lively weekend crowd with the brunches. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, Park Hyatt is the better option. The rooms are also gorgeous, as is the pool and beach area. The staff are also fantastic and really take care of you. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending to all my friends who come visit.
