One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay with i would definitely class them as a hidden gem they have a amazing view of the city at the rooftop and their restaurant with panoramic view, very good Pool Jacuzzi and Steam room facilities.Hotel itself is very clean, id classify this as a family friendly hotel from the hotel staff to managers everyone is very friendly and helpful. a good location where it is surrounded by food shops. if you are in the mood for some pakistani food i will recommend a place called Ravi literally 3 minutes walk. Will be definitely coming back again.

This hotel deserves way more than 5 stars that I can give. From the very beginning, they can pick you up from the airport, give you some water to drink on the way to the hotel. Beautiful view from the restaurant at 19th floor. Swimming pool, sauna on the roof. It just so happened that I had my birthday during the stay and I came back to the room to be surprised by a cake. In the lobby there is a travel guide who will book attractions, like desert safari, for you.

A nice hotel with wonderful views of the city and greater Dubai. The rooms are spacious, with modern amenities and facilities but all that glitter ain't gold.
If you are staying for two weeks or less great. This is the hotel for you, more than two weeks is where the gold standard starts to fade. I rate hotels on their room service, fine dinning and door services. The key to every customer heart, is treat them like a King and Queen. If you see a hotel guest, treat them with respect. Nice hotel with plenty of amenities.Deck view is absolutely amazing during evening.

Cons - Hotel is of 19 floor and only 4 lifts are there, u need to wait a lot for your turn.

Breakfast is average, I can say nearby restaurants are far far better than it.

Tip for Indian travellers, don't buy extra water bottles from hotels restaurant , nearby it you 'll find couple of supermarkets. And believe me it's huge price difference.

I have nothing bad at all to say about this hotel. It was beautiful and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooftop view is gorgeous and they even provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms. Short walk to the metro station too! I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice hotel with all the amenities. You can enjoy complimentary Spa services including Sauna and Jacuzzi. The view from the top is amazing as The Burj Khalifa as well as other skyscrapers are also a sight to behold. Can get a bit crowded during Holiday season. The breakfast offered is great as all cuisines are available.

Amazing hotel! Spacious suite rooms. Great location with many restaurants around. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool had great skyline views of Dubai. The gym was fully furnished and clean. Lastly, the hotel bar was lively, had great drinks, and played all the sports matches available.

This hotel is one of the better hotels in Dubai. The suites are very spacious and has a great layout. Comfortable bed and good view. It is well located, as it is close to a metro station and a shopping mall. There are however a few issues. For a hotel with 19 floors, four lifts is not enough. If fully booked, you can wait for up to 5 minutes for a lift. Then, the room safes are not big enough for a laptop, which was a huge issue for me. Also, the breakfast was average.

Amazing Experience, Every small thing is taken care of and whatever the issue they will state it clearly no monkey business and they will give u an advance notice if they are going to have any kind of problem

A hotel which is located at a great place. That area is usually crowded but they provide vallet parking facility. Metro stations are nearby. Burjuman or ADCB Metro Stations are very near to the hotel. In short excellent service, great views, good food and highly recommended.

The best hotel I Bur Dubai. I really like this place, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the rooms are nice. If you can get a room facing South, the view is fantastic. The restaurant, bar and night club, is also worth a visit.

In love with this place bcuz of sports bar at ground floor. Kris with view bar lounge on top floor . U can use zomato gold buy 1 get 1 and happy hours also.

A decent hotel - clean and offering the basics (for Dubai). If you are after a resort like hotel, this is not the one.
If you are after however a basic hotel with comfortable rooms, this is the one for you!

Great value for money. And I like the bar at TOP floor. Great view and nice food. Gym is also good and surprisingly empty - which means all you need available. Very friendly staff as well!

Stayed for 4 nights. Good location, friendly staff and nice rooms. The queue at reception at times is too long and hotel can make arrangements to make it convenient for guests. Breakfast was good and could add more variety. Overall good experience.

We have been here in kris kin hotel on my birthday. It was great experience. We had chicken starter. It was too yummy. The special thing about kris kin is on your special occasion they gives you a very special and awesome pastry for our celebration. View is spectacular. I will give 4 star😚😙

Only stayed here one night but the hotel was very clean. Service was good and the breakfast was pretty decent. As far as value for money goes it's worth staying here. Quite centrally located and close to the train and taxis.

The hotel is conveniently located in Bur Dubai close to the Burjuman Mall and Metro Station. The room was quite nice and cozy. The staff is quite courteous and helpful. Their breakfast buffet has a good spread. Both their restaurants offer a good range of cuisines.

Nice looking hotel, reception seems a bit small for a hotel of that standing.
Swimming pool (also steam room,sauna etc)on top floor with view on the building in the city, there is no view once inside the pool though.
The bar/restaurant on 19th floor is pretty good with amazing view.
Most of the employees are excelent but a few are above.
The location is great with shopping center at walking distance and metro..

Not so bad, the staff is nice but we had a room on the 2 floor so we could hear
the music from the club and feel the beat from our bed.
