Awesome room.. higher price range .. and not enough facilities Not even breakfast was not included in price.. charged extra for tourism tax Don't know what it meant.. hospitality also not so great..

The rooms are nice, ok, but they don't allow visitors. No toothpaste or brush are provided unlike 2 star hotels who provide everything. The shower is fixed to the wall and cannot be held. All in all it is not amusing to stay there.

Nice place. Close to a mosque, restaurants and chill spots. Prices are much better than on the other side of the creek and area is also under development. You get really good value for your money. Free parking onsite and friendly staff.

Perfect location for those who wants to be near Indian bazaar. Service is always very good and it's easily accessible from near by Metro. Good place.

Excellent Hotel. Service was impeccable. It was my second stay. My most recent stay August 2017 with my two children. I had lost a bag in a taxi on the way to Four Points, and staff couldn't do enough, locating our arrival on camera, contacting the taxi service, and indeed we got our bag back. Staff members were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us especially George, and the restaurant staff, aswell as reception

First time staying at a Sheraton group hotel. It was very very luxurious. I usually stay at holiday inn. I think this is much much better than holiday inn. Staff was little slow but courteous. Overall it was good experience

When you enter in the hotel on the right hand side they have an amazing restaurant buffet. Affordable prices. You can find your Menu for 99 AED in many occasions and make your dinner pleasent. Employee available at all times and they are very friendly as well. The international menu buffet is made by fresh products and some live dishes cooked in front of you. Advisable a stop there during your stay or transition in Dubai with a small budget. Good balance price quality. Food well selected.

The Restaurant team is simply amazing! Quality of food and service is great! Spacious room and super friendly staff! Worth every penny! (Oh yes the concierge is not very efficient except of one guy named Sheraz)

We rent a room during July 2017. The prices were really competitive. The staff is nice and polite, they answered to all our question and were available for info. There is a bus stop nearby and a metro station 200-500 meters in range.

We decided to spend five days in Dubai on our way to Amsterdam. Four Points is marketed as a four star hotel and has been used by friends, so we thought we'd give it a go!
The hotel is NICE! Rooms are spacious, concierge is very friendly, there is a bar and the breakfast is good. For dinner, you can eat in the bar (simple menu) or in the restaurant (full menu). The free shuttle bus takes you to the beach, Dubai Mall and several other Malls and attractions. We would have given the hotel a four star rating were it not for the fact that on our day of departure, we had ordered two breakfasts at 04:00 as we had a very early flight to Amsterdam. The breakfasts didn't arrive (at all) and my wife had to negotiate a refund, all this time, I was sitting in a taxi and didn't dare leave it as taxis are not plentiful at 4 am! We were eventually refunded 1 , not 2, breakfasts.

It's fine hotel
The room is big enough but the bathroom is not modern.
The swimming pool small well very small compare with other hotel.
Unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast Aslo the spa
I stay at the hotel in just couple of hours.
Surrounded lots of places that you can visit.
In general it's fine hotel with nice prices.

Probably one of the nicest Four Points I have stayed at ( and I have a fair share under my wings). Rooms are ample, mine had a separate kitchen area with a washer and dryer. The buffet at the restaurant was very diverse and all the food I had was very good. The fitness room is rather large for a hotel and complements with a moderate size pool at the top floor.

Good budget hotel, very comfortable, and lovely helpful staff. Breakfast just OK. Seems to be surrounded by building sites at the moment, but was not a problem.

The hotel reflected Five Star standard and was exceptional with the entire team of staff. The room and toilet was clean and and bed were extremely comfortable. Mr. Thilan from the concierge was remarkable who welcomed us with a broad smile and assisted with the luggage. Breakfast was excellent. However, the dinner was not up to the mark.

Personal is nice when there is nothing to complain about, but as soon as you have a complain they become arrogant and disrespectful.
Concrete example: I just had multiple times a cigarette smoke smell in my room. When complaining I just received the arrogant answer that I "must be wrong since it's forbidden to smoke in the rooms". After various complaints they *finally* decided to talk with the guy next door who admitted was smoking But worse: it happened a second time and they just reacted the same!
Seriously, not everything is under their control and if guests are acting selfishly it's not their fault, but then they should 1. act upon that, and 2. do not treat other guests disrespectfully! This behavior is really unprofessional and not up to the 4 stars of the hotel.

Great staff and service, the only thing missing was slippers for the floor. I'm sure the friendly staff would have fixed that but we just had a short stay so didn't really have time to care about that.

We had a good time. Room was huge and very clean. Great pool area! It's a bit to walk to next metro but taxis are cheap and always in front of the hotel. Would stay there again.
