A wonderful experience! The service is top notch, reception responds to requests really fast and are really helpful, whenever we needed something, someone was sent within 2 minutes. Welcome delicacies provided with the rooms were lovely. The suites are spacious and comfortable for a stay in with family, the view from rooms is beautiful too. The in room dining service options are cheaper than other places and the taste is delicious. Hermes amenities are provided throughout the suite, which are a nice add on of course. One thing we did not like was there was no hand shower in the washrooms and the water bottles provided were all ones needed to be opened with a can opener, it gets annoying when in a rush to drink water. Check in and check out is a bit slow as well. Other than that the overall experience was lovely and definitely worth it and well deserving of five stars. Will come again.

One in the lifetime experience. Must visit it if you are visiting Dubai hotel like this you have never seen before as it is for me. Staff is very generous you'll get a service and hospitality like a famous star. Day show you the rooms and all the passage area which is fully covered in 24 karat gold plating. Just structure itself is a miracle they have a museum like rooms at the top floor which they have completely devoted to the architecture and structural designer of this building. If you are from India I would like to suggest you to take a burger in the main course. Deserts are good you can try each one of them.

Just fabulous. Ultra luxury Seven🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 Hotel Exotic food. Excellent cocktails. We visited below two restaurants.
Scape - Liked Dragon fly 😋.
Gold on 27 - Demise of the Donkey Cart.
Staff are very prompt and courteous.
By far my most favourite place yet out of everywhere I have stayed. The customer service is beyond comprehensible. The architecture and interior design of the hotel was perfect. It is impossible to fault this hotel as it’s exquisite taste of furniture and marvellous rooms make this the most enjoyable place to stay dissimilar to any other. 😊✔️👍

Best hotel in the world. The staff were polite and they were also able to answer any questions that we had. On arrival we were greeted in traditional Arabic ways.. the scent is amazing inside. Many people think of coming here and they should it’s simply a beautiful piece of work.

Elite and luxurious hotel of Dubai location is superb!
Rooms are approx £1300 a night for a standard room. Restaurants service is good.
Ambience is first class. Will definitely be back soon and worth every pound spent

This experience was out of this world. The whole visit was top class. The venue, scenery, food and service.
The pie was amazing as was the cucumber sandwich (although I could not fault anything)
The big surprise was a birthday cake which they kindly made for me which not only surprised me but my friends also.
Only downside is that I know that no other hotel experience will ever compare. Highly recommend. Treat yourself and stay, you will never ever regret it.
Thankyou for everything Julia !! Our experience was made so special because of you.

Iconic Dubai seven-star hotel. Now an institution, but well kept and constantly tweaked to keep current for the market. Lots of bars and restaurants to chose from. Duplex rooms with a view and personal Butler experience. Expect to pay for the service and experience.

If there is a 7 stars review rating, would for sure offered. A fully integrated high-end customer service experience with astonishing surprises at all aspects. Burj Al Arab plays in a totally superior high-end league! If you can afford it, go for it.. it can be a once in a life time experience..

Burj Al Arab is a private area, where you cannot enter when you don't have a reservation for the restaurant or when you are not a guest.
Couldn't find the right way to the public beach are, where you can take some nice pics - finally found one on the right side of Burj Al Arab but photos had to be shot against the sun. Later we read that there must be also a left sided beach area, where you can get closer to the hotel, so my recommendation: read and find a perfect way to a nearby beach area BEFORE you get there, where you can make fantastic photos - maybe a taxi driver can give the right tip.
Nevertheless BAA is an outstanding building with its own effect. Also the Jumeirah Hotel is worth to have a look at, because it fits perfectly to the whole landscape. We enjoyed being there and take some pics and spend there about 1,5 till 2 hours following by have a small lunch at the Mall of Emirates, which is directly in front of Jumeirah Hotel.

So beautiful. Went to scape restaurant. So windy ocean feel. It was great experience. Fountain there is awesome. Flows like glass rode without even a single bubble. Watching sunset from there is awesome.

Exceptional in every way. The rooms are unique and highly decorative, the style is one to itself.

The bar area upstairs is has of the best views of Dubai. Reservations are a must.

Tip: the bar has a minimum charge per person in order to secure a table. I recommend getting a bottle (or two or three) of the house wine made specifically for the Burj - it has a very unique label and is very tasty.

The service is second to none. There'a a reason this place is famous!

Sensational hotel with truly exceptional attention to detail in the design of the hotel as well as what the staff do to help you. An example I put some things on my plate at the breakfast buffet and a delightful member of staff came from nowhere and took my plate to my table for me, made sure i had everything i needed (drinks, cutlery etc) and held my chair for me. All the staff here are positive and smiley and mega helpful at all times in a way that makes you feel extremely comfortable about it. Loved our stay here. What a treat!

No need to say I've been there just to take some pictures of this iconic building (definitely not a guest of this luxury hotel).
Security guys will keep you off the entrance, still there are plenty of chances to take nice shots.
Best viewed from Jumeirah Public Beach at sunset.
No proper plan for a trip to Dubai would miss it.

Well, as a seven stars hotel, I should be giving seven stars rating
We went for coffee in the lobby of the hotel service, atmosphere, ambience, everything was extraordinary, however, the decoration as luxurious as is, it’s not quite of my personal taste!
After having the coffee we went out, near the escape restaurant, and actually that’s where the magic happens! I was more amazed there than inside! The infinity pool is something out of this world!

Hotel is fabulous didn't stay there but booked cocktails for an evening, would definitely recommend and would do it again! Views are spectacular at sunset and the hotel is filled with opulence. The cocktail evening gives you the opportunity to experience the hotel without needing to be a guest at the hotel. Cannot get into the hotel without a reservation so book beforehand.

I made my sunset dinner reservation for my family through the zomato app & I got my confirmation through email.
The Burj Al Arab is a stunning hotel and scale restaurant is simply amazing. .The location is stunning, situated at the back of the Burj, with views back to the Jumeirah hotels and Dubai city, it truly is lovely at night. From the minute we arrived to the venue was fantastic.The welcome was so warm and friendly.Manager was so helpful & such a pleasant lady. My special night start with such a great experience.. I was very happy with the BBQ Chicken, I have never tasted chicken like it. . The waiters and waitresses were professional and knowledgeable regarding the products and menu. The quality of the food was excellent and the ambience was superb. Thank you for making this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place for a great night out and unforgettable dinner for my family.

Excellent seven star hotel. Superb experience. Amazing views from this hotel. Several features of the hotel required complex engineering feats to achieve. The hotel rests on an artificial island constructed 280 m (920 ft) offshore. To secure a foundation, the builders drove 230 forty-meter-long (130 ft) concrete piles into the sand. The Burj Al Arab is a five-star hotel, the highest official ranking. While the hotel is sometimes erroneously described as "the world's only seven-star hotel", the hotel management claims to never have done that themselves.

You can only enter the hotel via a hotel or restaurant reservation. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous, the inside however while very extravagant it doesn't quite hit the mark. The design is an attempt of king triton. It's 24 gold plated and the rugs are super colorful, the room design from the outside makes sense. There are 2 aquariums which are nice. The views from the restaurant deck of Dubai are beautiful.

5 star outfit

Went for afternoon tea as staying at nearby Atlantis.

Found the restaurant spacious and the food filling! The whole spaceship thing if erm, odd. I get what they were trying to do but it doesn't work.

Did not feel hurried or rushed. Were allowed to enjoy our champagne and selection of teas with sandwiches. Food was excellent. Lovely afternoon.

Luxurious Hotel with sightseeing views and near the beach. Burj Al Arab, the world's only 7 - star hotel, is a must visit hotel. It has lots of facilities and the island is extended to add more swimming pools and a club. Huge rooms, friendly staff, amazing restaurants and amazing architectural design.

Super luxury hotel on a man made island!!

We been there for a dinner and it was an outstanding buffet. Staff is really polite and helpful. Entrance of the hotel makes you feel exciting and definetly will love the atmosphere there. One of the best places to have an romantic dinner for sure. They have nice swimming pools, restaurants as well as a helipad on top of the hotel.

In my point of view the price you pay here is totally worth it.

Stunning modern design and such an array of cocktails on offer! The service was wonderful, but dare I say that I almost preferred seeing the building as a whole from outside, especially lit up in the evenings, to being inside? It's the whole luxury atmosphere, the number of staff hovering discreetly everywhere and the array of luxury cars outside, coupled with the opulence and the lights, that make you feel you've entered a different world.

Twenty years ago with my first visit to Dubai, the iconic Burj Al Arab was the landmark of Dubai which has now been overtaken by others and now the Burj Khalifa. Unfortunately like the many others that thronged at the entrance gate, I did not have a reservation at either the hotel or restaurants so could not go inside. But the view from outside and faraway is just as stunning as being up close to this architectural marvel. From far it looks like the wind blowing a sail.

Next time will get my friends to book and then I can get an opportunity to see the amazing workmanship from inside. And someday when my budget allows, to actually have a stay there.

I went for the World Cup Horse Race and was blown away by the level of service. I see why it has 7 stars. 24 hour butler service. The suites are like a gorgeous NYC apt. It was an experience to remember. If you ahve the chance I say GO, SEE DO!!!

We had no idea what to expect, as our travel agent booked this "because it's my favourite hotel in Dubai". We were wondering if it was too isolated given the 30 minutes or so it took from the airport and arriving at night, it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. What a delightful surprise the next morning to open our curtains to the beautiful ocean views. The room and the public areas of the hotel are absolutely palatial. The restaurants are a delight and the package included a lunch or dinner every day, plus breakfast, so all in all really good value. We used the free meal passes to dine at the Burj Al Arab, which is a sister hotel and experience the feel of this (world first) 7 star hotel as well. Also included is a courtesy bus to take guests to the Emirates shopping centre and a couple of other attractions but taxi travel is fairly cheap anyway.

Visited Burj Al Arab, before going inside you will need to book a reservation in any restaurant if you are not staying in the hotel. The security is really good as you will get checked twice before entering. Casual smart dress. The building is beautiful and the location is amazing. If you are interested in architecture/civil engineering then this is the place you need to visit and see the amazing work and details inside.

I had a camera shooting at this hotel for google ad. with other models and we were there during Holy month of Ramadan, for 6 hours. we had such a fun and memorable time in Burj Al Arab.I being there for 2 more times with friends to have dinner.I loved the Luxury design and the style of this Hotel.Very well done.

Very pricey, but it had great amenities and great experience. Try the tennis court and look at hotel from jumeirah beach at nighttime when the hotel is lit in different colours. Such a great view

Wow, this was a lunch time visit and so much more than I expected, with excellent food, perfect service, amazing decor. A truly brilliant experience. Be aware that you cannot even get through the front gate without a confirmed reservation and you may need to book a long time in advance, but most definitely worth it.

Had an amazing afternoon tea at the sky lounge. What a lovely experience. There is the cheaper offer for downstairs at the lounge which you can use the entertainer for but the view is spectacular at the top where you are served by the most experienced and dedicated waiters. The afternoon tea is a must if you would like to experience style and class. Otherwise they have a bar special later on.
