Good all around hotel. Nice rooms and restaurant options. Prices very good. Pretty good location. Sometimes noisy depending on your room location due to nightclubs.

Fantastic staff. Always asking what they can do to help.
Swimming pool is a good size and the hotel is always clean.
The hotel was under refurbishment while I was there, but there was not interruption during our stay.
The only negative of the hotel is the loud music during the night. The hotel has a disco every night that goes on until the early hours. As we were on the 3rd floor, we could hear the music all night. So ask for a room on a lower floor if possible.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly , helpful snd involved. Energy saving rooms. Great concept but be aware the fridge turns off if you turn the room power off. Each room has a doorbell, do not disturb and cleaning light which i thought was pretty awesome.

Smelly rooms , not chap I could pay extra 80 AED AND stay in 5 Stars hotel.
First floor is noisy and rooms are small .
After I paid I felt disappointed and I wish if I booked somewhere else.Definitely I’ll not stay again. Bathroom is not clean and the towels are not clean . Room feels like 1 star hotel.

I suggest to downgrade the hotel to be 2 stars hotel.

Very good hotel with free transfer to the beach and shopping centers available. Staff is friendly. Rooms are large and clean. Food quality is perfect. There's a swimming pool on the roof top, health centre and gym.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! WARNING WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I don't know where to begin with this place. You DO NOT want to bring yourself or children or your family here.

#1 humidity and mould problem.. if you dare stay you'll notice this right away.. I was sick my entire stay because of the mould

#2 the first room I slept in.. the BATHROOM CEILING fell down FELL DOWNTOWN because of water damage.. this ruined everything of mine that was in the washroom.. my makeup.. hair tools.. everything lol and all they did was upgrade me to a new room and have me ONE free meal.. this obviously does not compare to the hundreds of dollars of damage by their hotel..

#3 stay is so unknowledgable.. and rude

#4 lol if you like cold showers stay here.. I stayed for 11 nights and only 2 days I have hot water

#5 I called house keeping FOUR times for towels one night until I eventually fell asleep I was so tired and couldn't wait up any longer..

#6 far away from everything

#7 FOOD was ALWAYS cold by the time it came to my room and I seriously wonder how clean it was because this hotel is A MESS.. mould everywhere smells of smoke it's disgusting!! I had a stomach ache everyday I stayed here.. I began to wonder why and when I started eating else where my stomach pains went away.. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD can not be trusted

#8 check out took them 45 minutes and my uber left me and charged me..

#9 PLEASE and I mean PLEASE do not stay here it looks nothing like the pictures the place is falling apart!!! It's a terrible place I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would..

I stay at hotels often and travel internationally all the time and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at.. I've stayed at nicer places in 3rd world countries

The service was not so good. Waited over an hour for two extra towels. Breakfast is just basic. Temptations restaurant at Mecure is excellent though.

it's very nice hotel.it's very nearest from the beach and Airports.Good staff and cool environment.you can eat any kind of food here for example international, asian,Chinese etc.so I invited to you all please come here and enjoy your best time.
