Amazing place for stacation, staff is polite. Amenities are first class. The swimming pool is very clean. But the food is not at the standard. They also have the facility for getting discounts on several activities in dubai. They can also arrange full /half day drivers. Overall a nice experience.

Lovely place to stay. The location makes it a lot easier to move in and out of Dubai with the perfect access to the public transport and subway. With lots of options to explore a perfect hotel to start with. Rooms are well-appointed Comfortable and spacious perfectly for families with young or older children. As the suites comes with fully equipped kitchen and accessories make you feel like home away from home. Recommend property. It's a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

Great place to stay, location so close to the Metro and City Centre mall. The staff were exceptional and courteous and the accommodation was impeccable. Great buffet breakfast too! Highly recommend for all types of travellers whether alone or families!

Good Hotel Apartment, staff is very friendly and professional. Very near to Metro and Bus Stop, Tourist can consider this hotel apartment if want to stay in the center of the city. Price is also reasonable.

Very good place to stay with family and children. The apartment is so helpful. Everything you need you can find it inside. Very very clean rooms and stuff are very helpful. Very close to the airport and easy way to go out to the main roads. I really recommend it for others. For sure I will cone back to it again.

Good sized apartments well furnished. Kitchen cleanliness below par but attended to once reported. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Located conveniently next to Metro but quite far from main attractions.

Felt stressed and harassed by the staff! I will no recommend this hotel to a group of friend who wants to have a little gatherings. Their staff are not very accomedaring to the visitor. I have only 4 visitors but felt harassed becaused they kept on calling us to remind us about the ID and how long they will stay. We already know that they cannot stay and we told them that they will leave around 12 am but still kept on calling us! Group of friends planing to get together, i will not recommend this hotel ever!!!

Very nice for the price. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They welcome you with a drink when first checking in. I wouldn't recommend the resturant nor the room service though, The food wasn't really good, I found it bellow average but maybe it's just me. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in this hotel apartments for 7 nights. We do love it and enjoyed our stay there. The staff and service are so good and professional. On my husband's birthday and we recieved a cake from them, such a lovely surprise. The apartment are big and comfortable. the metro station and super market just oppsite the apartment. Everything is just perfect! And we difinately will stay here again when we go to dubai next time! We are family trip, 4 adults and 1 kid, we have a two bed room apartment. We all enjoyed with this hotel apartment.

located near a big mall, a tube stop and local restaurants. spacious apartments that are well equipped and serviced. only complaint was that cooker hob and oven markings had worn off so it took time to figure out how to operate

Superb rooms for extended family. We took the 3 bedroom apartment and were completely blown away with the size and reasonable rate received. The location, pleasant staff and experience was the cherry on top.
